Literature Section didn’t rest on the laurels and invited for Pyrkon another guest! This time it’s Peadar Ó Guilín, author of ‘The Call’. Some of his other works like ‘the Inferior’ were translated to other languages, even Korean and Japanese. The Fantasy Festival Pyrkon 2018 will be an unique opportunity to meet the writer in person and chat with him not only about his existing works but also the currently written continuation of ‘The Call’.
Who is our guest?
Peadar Ó Guilín- Irish writer, who works daily in an IT company in Dublin. He fluently speaks four languages: English, French, Italian and obviously Irish. He is an author of short stories, theatre scripts, comic books and ‘Young Adult’ series. The inspiration for his books is his native, Celtic mythology and beautiful north-west Irish landscape, where he was brought up. His debut story was translated to 8 languages, including Japanese and Korean.
Currently he is working on the next part of ‘The Call’. First volume of the series would take you to the world, where danger is an every-day reality.
