Who can book a seat and how?

Seat reservations for attractions can be made by anyone with a 3-day pass purchased in a presale and a Special Package. On each ticket there is an individual code which, when entered on the eBilet website, gives you tokens for bookings.

When can I book?

The possibility to book seats for particular days will close the day before – you will be able to book seats for the Friday attractions until Midnight on Thursday, for the attractions on Saturday – until Midnight on Friday and for the attractions happening of Sunday – until the end of Saturday.

Confirmation from Ebilet is required to collect your booking. Unclaimed bookings will be cancelled 7 minutes before the start of the attraction.

The Masterclass Room and the Workshop Room are not rooms where you have to book spots, but separate registrations may apply for the program events there!

If seat limit is reached, an attraction will be marked unavailable.

Booking does NOT include photos and autographs.

How many attractions can I book a place for?

Every ticket bought in presale allows you to book a specific number of attractions.

• special packages – 6 tokens,
• Early Birds passes – 4 tokens,
• passes purchased between 24.10.2024-12.02.2025 – 3 tokens,
• passes purchased between 13.02.2025-20.05.2025 – 2 tokens (while supplies last),
• children’s passes purchased between 24.10.2024-12.02.2025 – 2 tokens,
• children’s passes purchased between 13.02.2025-20.05.2025 – 1 token (while supplies last).

What if a program event is cancelled before the festival?

Unfortunately, it may happen that for reasons beyond our control, a program event available for seat booking is cancelled. Then, everyone who booked a seat for this particular attraction will be informed about this fact via e-mail. The e-mail will also include an additional code to be used in place of the lost reservation.

The seat booking process

One more time, we are reminded that the booking code is a 16-digit number and it is located near the barcode on the ticket.

• The registration is done through the eBilet portal.
• From the list available on the eBilet website, select the room where the attraction takes place, then expand the list by clicking “expand and BUY TICKET (Rozwiń i KUP BILET)”, then find the attraction of your choice and click the “BUY TICKET” button.
• Enter the booking code in the “Access code (Kod dostępowy)” field, select the number of tickets to be booked from the drop-down box next to it and then proceed through the booking form,
• Process needs to be repeated for other attractions you want to book.
• The list of attractions provided on the eBilet website only includes those program events for which seat booking is available, not Pyrkon’s entire program.
• If the limit of seats available through registration for a given attraction is reached, the attraction will be marked as unavailable.
• Think your choices regarding the attraction through, as reservations once made, cannot be withdrawn.
• You can book multiple seats for one attraction.
• After making a reservation, you will receive a separate ticket for each program event via e-mail. Each ticket needs to be kept and shown to a member of staff before entering a given attraction.

Please note! One-day tickets and three-day tickets purchased after 20.05.2025 do not include tokens.

At Pyrkon

• Remember to have a separate ticket ready for every program event you booked.
• Those of you who made a seat reservation are let into the room 10 minutes before a given program event starts.
• If you do not make it to the attraction for which you made a reservation within the above-mentioned period of time and the room is full – you will lose the possibility to participate in this particular program event. Our advice is to join the queue 15-20 minutes prior to the program event starting.
• Attention: A different time interval applies for letting the participants into the Earth Hall. Those of you with seats booked for program events held in the Earth Hall are let into the room 20 minutes before the attraction.
• A ticket once scanned cannot be used again.
