Rules for reserving spots for lectures<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. The reservation of seats is made via the website www.ebilet.pl<\/a> and requires the creation of an account on this website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. A seat reservation for a program event can be made by any person with a ticket purchased in pre-sale, in accordance with point 3 of this appendix. On each ticket with tokens assigned to the ticket there is an individual code, which after entering on the Ebilet webpage provides you with 1 to 6 tokens to distribute.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. The maximum number of bookings per program event per ticket depends on the number of tokens per ticket:\n
      \n
    • A 3-day ticket in a special package includes 6 tokens (tickets available until stock lasts)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • A 3-day \u201cearly bird\u201d ticket purchased from 18.06.2025 \u2013 u<\/strong>ntil stock lasts includes 4 tokens;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • A 3-day ticket purchased in the First Batch includes 3 tokens\u00a0;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • A 3-day children\u2019s ticket (for children aged 6 to 12 years old) purchased in the First Batch includes 1 token;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • A 3-day ticket purchased in the Second <\/strong>Batch includes 2 tokens\u00a0;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • A 3-day children\u2019s ticket (for children aged 6 to 12 years old) purchased in the Second Batch includes 1 token;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • A 3-day ticket purchased in the the Third Batch does not include any tokens; <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • A 3-day children\u2019s ticket (for children aged 6 to 12 years old) purchased in the Third Batch does not include any tokens.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The code entitling the holder to reserve seats for program events becomes valid 24 hours after the purchase of the ticket.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • One code in the ebilet.pl system has a specific number of tokens assigned to it. One code entitles you to only reserve one seat for the same program event.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Reservations for program events can be made after the program is published. The exact start date of reservations will be announced on the Pyrkon website in advance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Reservations for program events for individual days will be closed the day before:\n
        \n
      • for program events on Friday, 19 June 2026 registration will be open until 11:59 p.m CET, on Thursday, 18 June 2026;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • for program events on Saturday, June 20, 2026 Registration will be open until 11:59 p.m CET on Friday, June 19, 2026;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • for program events on Sunday, 21 June 2026 Registration will be open until 11:59 p.m CET on Saturday, 20 June 2026.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • After making the reservation, the participant receives a ticket to the reserved program event. To pick up the reservation it is necessary to have a printed ticket to the program event.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • A once scanned ticket cannot be scanned again.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • People holding a reservation for a program item are admitted to the room 10 minutes (or 15 in special cases) before it begins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • The reservation of a seat at the program event guarantees entrance to the hall, not the priority of entrance to the hall.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Unclaimed reservations will be cancelled 6 minutes before the start of the program event.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • The following rooms are included in the reservation:\n

        • Earth Hall<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Great Auditorium<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Large Auditorium<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Small Auditorium<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Science Room<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Comic and Popculture Room<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Literature Room 1<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Literature Room 2<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Manga and Anime Room 1<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Manga and Anime Room 2<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Gaming Room<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • RPG Room 1<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • RPG Room 2<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Film and TV Series Room 1<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Film and TV Series Room 2
          Reservation covers no less than 50% of the seats available in the rooms. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • In exceptional cases, the organizer may increase the number of places to be booked for selected program events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • If the seat limit is exhausted, the program event will assume the status of \u201ctickets temporarily unavailable\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • In case of cancellation of a program event available for reservation prior to the Convention, persons who have booked a seat for this program event will receive an email notification of its cancellation and an additional token giving them the possibility to reserve seats for other available program events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • If during the course of the Pyrkon program, a program event covered by seat reservation is cancelled due to reasons beyond our control, no additional seat reservation for new program events will be activated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • There is no possibility to cancel a reservation for a program event after they have been made.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • In case of loss or destruction of a ticket to the program event, the participant will be able to obtain a copy of it at the Ebilet point in the Eastern Hall.
