RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE “BEST MINI VENDOR” COMPETITION
<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

  1. These Rules and Regulations define the conditions for the participation of Vendors in the “Best Mini Vendor” competition (hereinafter referred to as the<\/em> Competition<\/em>) held at the Pyrkon 2026 Fan Convention, taking place June 19-21, 2026 in Pozna\u0144 at the MTP Pozna\u0144 Expo (hereinafter referred to as the Convention or Pyrkon 2026).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. The competition is organised by the Klub Fantastyki Druga Era Association with its registered office at ul. Kaliska 22A\/23, 61-131 Pozna\u0144, registered as an association in the National Court Register under number 0000207209, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 972-109-86-95 (hereinafter referred to as the Organiser<\/em>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Each Vendor of the mini zone is a Participant<\/em>. Mini Vendors are understood as any and all entities that have concluded cooperation agreements with the Organiser, covering setting up a mini or mini premium booth at Pyrkon 2026.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. A vendor related to any of the judges of the competition and\/or the Organisers of the Convention or remaining in any factual or legal relationship with them, to the extent that could raise doubts as to their impartiality cannot participate in the competition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. A vendor with a mini or mini premium booth at the Convention automatically becomes a participant in the competition by signing a cooperation agreement with the Organiser and cannot withdraw from the competition while remaining a vendor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. The competition runs from June 19, 2026 until June 21, 2026 and the results will be announced by July 19, 2026.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. The aim of the competition is to promote the Convention’s brand as well as the vendors participating in the competition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. The winners are selected by the Competition Committee appointed by the Organiser, consisting of 3 persons who are members of the Klub Fantastyki Druga Era Association and\/or persons cooperating with the Association on the organization of the Convention, who hold the status of an “organiser” or “cooperation”.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. The Competition Committee, when assessing individual trade fair exhibitions together with the presented goods, will take into account the following elements:\n
      \n
    • the overall impression of the booth;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • the originality of the booth arrangement, uniqueness of the selection;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • the aesthetics and orderliness at the booth, the display of the goods;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • the courtesy and competence of the people operating the booth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The results of the Competition will be announced by the Organiser on its fanpage on the Facebook social network; they may also be published on other websites administered by the Organiser, as well as by persons\/entities cooperating with the Organiser.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The Organiser provides for the following prizes:\n
        \n
      • 1ST PLACE<\/strong>\n
          \n
        • preferential booth booking for Pyrkon 2027;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • 70% discount on the purchase of a mini or mini premium booth * at Pyrkon 2027;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • information about the vendor posted on the Pyrkon fanpage on Facebook;
          * the discount does not apply to items ordered outside the basic equipment included with the booth (e.g. an additional pass, additional chair, electricity, etc.)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • 2ND PLACE<\/strong>\n
            \n
          • preferential booth booking for Pyrkon 2027;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • 50% discount on the purchase of a mini or mini premium booth* at Pyrkon 2027;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • information about the vendor posted on the Pyrkon fanpage on Facebook
            * the discount does not apply to items ordered outside the basic equipment included with the booth (e.g. an additional pass, additional chair, electricity, etc.).<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • 3RD PLACE<\/strong>\n
              \n
            • preferential booth booking for Pyrkon 2027;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • 30% discount on the purchase of a mini or mini premium booth * at Pyrkon 2027;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • information about the vendor posted on the Pyrkon fanpage on Facebook
              * the discount does not apply to items ordered outside the basic equipment included with the booth (e.g. an additional pass, additional chair, electricity, etc.).<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • The Organiser reserves the right to award more than one prize for each place, as well as additional awards and distinctions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • The Organiser reserves the right not to select winners and not to award prizes at all.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Information about the results of the competition, the prizes awarded and possible distinctions will be posted on the Facebook fanpage and sent by e-mail to each vendor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • The decision of the Competition Committee is final.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • These rules and regulations are available on the Pyrkon website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • The Organiser reserves the right to change these Rules and Regulations by June 4, 2026.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the competition without providing a reason for such a cancellation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
