If you are a cosplay photography creator, experimenting with the light, emotions and the narrative \u2013 that\u2019s a contest for you. It\u2019s a space made especially for photographers, who can capture the magic of cosplay and turn it into a unique tale captured in a single picture.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

We\u2019re looking for works that do more than just showcase the costume: they convey who the character is, show their personality and story. We want to see the atmosphere of the world they\u2019re from: its mood, tension, magic or darkness. It\u2019s not only what the character looks like<\/em>, but also what they are feeling<\/em> and what\u2019s the story<\/em> behind the picture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

About Pyrkon Foto Cosplay contest<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Each participant can submit up to three own photographs \u2013 each in a separate form \u2013  presenting a cosplay based on existing characters from movies, games, anime, comic books or musicals. Editing is permitted, but it should enhance the picture, not be its basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The contest is open for photographers over 18 years of age from all over Europe, so you can expect an international level of works! The final will take place at Pyrkon, where the best works will be presented in a special exhibition in the Cosplay Zone in Hall 7A.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Submissions are open until May 30, 2026 (Sunday), 11:59 PM.<\/strong>

Remember, there are no restrictions on the number of people in the photo \u2013 but each model must agree to participate in the contest!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
