Zajdel Award, and 2006 Ace of EMPiK &#8211; one of the top three best-selling authors that year.<\/p>\n<p>In his last novel, <em>Po drugiej stronie ksi\u0105\u017cki (The other side of a book), <\/em>the author shares events from his past through the lens of his imperfect memory. Many call the book a personal story, intimate even. The author calls out topics that some readers may not have wanted to learn.<\/p>\n<p><em>Po drugiej stronie ksi\u0105\u017cki <\/em>is a book about history, archeology, travels, the times of the Polish People\u2019s Republic and its shady cities&#8217; nooks and corners, or the everyday routine of life in the country.
