The first Polish builder whose creation was released as an official LEGO\u00ae set through the Ideas program. His project, Tales of the Space Age<\/i>, which was available in stores until recently, combines minimalist design with retro-futuristic aesthetics. Space and science fiction themes are prominent in most of his work \u2013 from pulp-style creations inspired by obscure Star Wars<\/i> comics to pieces referencing the works of Stanis\u0142aw Lem and Jacek Dukaj.<\/p>\n
He is a member of LUGPOL, the oldest Polish LEGO\u00ae builders\u2019 club, and WAWLUG \u2013 the Warsaw LEGO\u00ae enthusiasts club. For a decade, he has participated in and co-organized exhibitions of original constructions.<\/p>\n
He publishes his models, designed both for himself and on commission, online under the pseudonym “John Carter.” For many of them, he creates instructions that allow others to build them as well.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n

A fan of medieval and pirate LEGO sets, and the winner of the 1st, 4th, and 5th editions of the Bricklink Designer Program. His current hobbies include books, LEGO bricks, spending time with his children, and photography.<\/p>\n
He first encountered LEGO as a child when, during the communist era, he received a LEGO gas station as a gift \u2013 a symbol of Western luxury. Years later, after finding his old bricks at his grandmother\u2019s and starting a family, he rediscovered LEGO \u2013 especially through the Modular Buildings series. For Marcin, LEGO is a form of artistic expression and mental exercise, as well as a tool for bonding with his children and engaging with the online community. Modular Buildings represent his standard for MOCs \u2013 a balance between realism and playability.<\/p>\n
He is inspired by Pablo Sanchez \u2013 creator of the updated Pirate Bay<\/i> set \u2013 and many other designers from LEGO Ideas and the MOC community. He also greatly admires the Ninjago design team.<\/p>\n
You might know Marcin \u2013 or rather, his online alias SleeplessNight<\/i> \u2013 from the Mountain Fortress<\/i> set released by Bricklink.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Artur Godlewski<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Known online as FiranBricks<\/i>, Artur works professionally in the logistics industry, but in his free time, he pursues his greatest passion: LEGO\u00ae. His serious journey into building and collecting began in 2013, and for nearly three years, he has specialized in creating mosaics from LEGO bricks \u2013 a process he describes as both relaxing and deeply satisfying for long evenings.<\/p>\n
He showcases his projects in short videos on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, which draw attention and inspire others. As he says himself, he has lost count of how many mosaics he has made, estimating around eighty artworks. Artur loves to share his passion and demonstrate just how much can be created from small, colorful pieces. He is also an active member of the WAWLUG association. For a year now, FiranBricks has been officially collaborating with LEGO\u00ae through his social media channels. His mosaics, which average about 11,000 pieces each, are presented at various LEGO events across Poland \u2013 including Pyrkon 2024.<\/p>\n
Over the past year, Firan has created an entirely new collection, and for the upcoming Festival edition, he has prepared a full gallery of artworks \u2013 none of which have yet been shown in the LEGO Brick Fans Zone.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Anna Fryzowicz<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

By day, she teaches and conducts research at the University School of Physical Education in Pozna\u0144. Her main research interests are gait biomechanics and muscle activity analysis. In her free time, she reads books, bikes, and goes for walks. Since childhood, she has enjoyed creative hobbies like working with modeling clay and building with LEGO\u00ae bricks. She regularly participates in contests and shares her creations online.<\/p>\n
Anna is a winner of the LEGO Ideas contest \u201cMe, Myself and I\u201d<\/i>, where she submitted her project \u201cReading, Reading and Reading\u201d<\/i>. The creation received set number 40698 and was titled \u201cBooks Are My Passion\u201d<\/i>. It became a GWP (Gift With Purchase) available from the official LEGO\u00ae store.<\/p>\n
You\u2019ll have the chance to see this set \u2013 along with its original prototype and other builds by the author \u2013 at the LEGO Brick Fans Zone as part of the independent builders\u2019 exhibition.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Your Set in a LEGO Box\u00ae<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
If you want to see your own creation packed in a LEGO box, you don\u2019t have to travel all the way to Billund, Denmark, where the company is headquartered. Thanks to the LEGO Ideas program, anyone has a chance to have their design released as an official set. After reaching a minimum of 10,000 votes, builds are reviewed by LEGO designers, who evaluate them based on program criteria and select which ones will receive an official set number and be released to builders and collectors worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
