Bielak is an architect, illustrator, and artist. Alongside Rados\u0142aw Szaybo, he is one of the most internationally recognized Polish designers of rock and metal album covers. He has created artwork for legendary bands like <strong>Carcass<\/strong>, <strong>Darkthrone<\/strong>, <strong>Mayhem<\/strong>, <strong>Ghost<\/strong>, <strong>Paradise Lost<\/strong>, and Ice-T&#8217;s metal project \u2013 as well as Polish bands such as <strong>Gruzja<\/strong>, <strong>Mg\u0142a<\/strong>, and <strong>Vader<\/strong>. He also designed stage sets for <strong>Ozzy Osbourne<\/strong> and <strong>Ghost<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The newest album from the Swedish band Ghost, titled <em>Skelet\u00e1<\/em>, was released on April 25 this year \u2013 and its cover was also designed by Zbigniew. He also crafted the new visual identity for the band\u2019s frontman, now appearing as <strong>Papa V Perpetua<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>His works have previously been exhibited in solo shows in <strong>the Netherlands<\/strong> (2014), <strong>Switzerland<\/strong> (2014), <strong>the UK<\/strong> (2015), and <strong>Norway<\/strong> (2015, 2016, 2017), as well as in <strong>Poland<\/strong> \u2013 <strong>Katowice<\/strong> (2017) and <strong>Krak\u00f3w<\/strong> (2019).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He is the winner of several industry awards, including the <strong>Heavy Music Awards 2019<\/strong> in London (for Ghost\u2019s <em>Prequelle<\/em>) and the <strong>30\/30 Best Album Cover Contest 2023<\/strong> under the auspices of Rados\u0142aw Szaybo (for Ghost\u2019s <em>Impera<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zbigniew M. Bielak<\/strong> <strong>Will amaze You at Pyrkon!<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>After being presented at the Polish Song Museum in Opole and at the Castle in Pieskowa Ska\u0142a, the exhibition will arrive at the <strong>Avenue of Artists and Collectors<\/strong>, where Pyrkon attendees will be able to admire dozens of large-format prints of Bielak\u2019s most iconic works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The exhibition offers a behind-the-scenes look into Zbigniew Bielak\u2019s creative process. A special <strong>curated tour<\/strong> will also be available, providing deeper insight into the fascinating world of artistic storytelling and intricate detail.
