Submitting and registering for RPG sessions during Pyrkon 2025 takes place via roleplay.pyrkon.pl<\/a>. The website will be active from June 6, 2025 until the end of Pyrkon.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

SESSION SUBMISSIONS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. To submit your own RPG session, you must have an account set up the above page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Sessions can be held 24 hours a day, starting at 12:00 noon on Friday, June 13, until 05:00 pm on Sunday, June 15. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Before the start of each submitted session, a space will be allocated marked with a color and number. Please occupy the designated spaces.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. The tables are located on the ground floor in hall 11.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. The number of spots for sessions reported by participants is limited. If there are no free tables, the person submitting the session will receive such information by phone, SMS or e-mail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. If you already have a party and only need a place to play, please report to the RPG Players Service Point (POMoGe) on the ground floor in hall 11. If a space is available, it will be allocated to you.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    SESSION SIGNUPS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. Signups for the sessions take place both via the roleplay.pyrkon.pl website<\/a> and at the booths of partners and selected vendors. The place for signing up other than the page is indicated in the session description.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Signups for the sessions on the website start 8 hours before the scheduled start time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. The limit of seats for players in the session is determined by the Game Master. If the limit is exhausted, it is possible to sign up and be added to a reserve list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. In the event of a transition from the reserve list to the list of players, such a person will receive an e-mail notification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. The session should be attended on time at the table indicated on the website. The table is marked with a colour and a number. Failure to report within the specified time may result in removal from the list of players and selection of a person from the reserve list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. In the event of problems with signing up or the lack of tools to use the website, the RPG Game Masters and Players Service Point (POMoGe) on the ground floor in hall 11 is available for assistance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. At the POMoGe service point, it is possible to join the session without creating an account on the website, in which case the participant will not receive notifications.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        At Pyrkon, like wanderers on a trail full of magical mysteries, countless RPG sessions await you, transporting you to the most extraordinary worlds! Our RPGralnia in Hall 11 is the epicenter of this fantastic commotion. You’re probably wondering what exactly you can expect there – here’s the ABC of this year’s Zone, which every RPG fan should familiarize themselves with.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Let’s start with the most important question – how? With just a few clicks at roleplay.pyrkon.pl, you can reserve your spot for sessions as early as 8 hours before they begin. Be sure to save this link to keep up to date with all the upcoming adventures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        With more than 80 Game Masters on duty this year, you are sure to find something to your liking. More than 250 sessions, each unique and full of unexpected twists and turns, await lovers of classic dungeons and dragons. But that’s not all there is! Stop by for quick sessions with no sign-ups, led by GMs from Erpegowy Cyrk and Erpeg\u00f3wka – the first-come, first-served rule applies here, so be ready for instant decisions!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Pyrkon is also a place where you can do something good while having fun. Charity sessions conducted by Dru\u017cyna Odkrywc\u00f3w will allow you not only to experience amazing adventures, but also to support worthy causes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        If you’re lucky, you’ll play a special Pyrkon one-sheet RPG. In addition, go ahead and join the sessions led by game masters from the Kapitularz Convention and the Topory Association, who have prepared unique campaigns especially for this year’s event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        For the uninitiated – what are Role-Playing Games?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        Enjoying enduring popularity for decades, RPGs allow participants to take on characters they have created and, through narration, act out their actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The role of narrator is taken over by the Game, or Dungeon Master, who describes the world around them to the rest of the participants and decides on the course of the adventure. The framework of gameplay is specified by the system – a set of information about the universe in which the events take place and a description of the mechanisms that allow to resolve the outcome of the players’ actions, the success of which is based on the competence and qualities of the characters they play.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Different systems emphasize different aspects of gameplay: for example – some may focus on combat and give players a wide range of skills related to effectively defeating opponents. Others, based on detective adventures, focus on interactions with side characters played by the Game Master and mechanics that allow playing people who come from specific backgrounds and have acquired useful knowledge and competencies over the course of their lives. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Combining skillfully guided narrative, player involvement and the rules introduced by the system, players can fully immerse themselves in the depicted world, in which they have complete freedom of choice, while at the same time their every decision will be burdened with consequences for the course of the story.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
