Information about the processing of personal data 

1. The personal data controller is Klub Fantastyki “Druga Era” Association with its registered office in Poznań (61-131) at ul. Kaliska 22a/23, registered in the National Court Register under number 0000207209. Below you will find all the necessary information on the processing of your personal data relating to the implementation of the contract concluded with you and for its proper performance.
2. Personal data is processed on the basis of consent, on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Administrator in order to make Pyrkon, process ticket sales, register guests and participants, as well as to contact you if necessary and to consider any complaints or claims. The scope of data collected is: full name, date of birth, PESEL number, e-mail address.
3. The personal data will be stored for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, on the condition that the applicable legal basis is up to date, or when a new basis has appeared, in particular a legal provision or the need to pursue claims in court proceedings. This also means that personal data may be stored after the performance of the contract for the period required by separate regulations, e.g. for tax or accounting purposes.
4. Providing the data is voluntary. Failure to provide the data, however, prevents the registration of the participant, and thus the handling of the order.
5. Your personal data may be transferred to our partners for the purposes necessary to properly perform the contract. This applies to entities providing IT or accounting services for us, companies dealing with claims, intermediaries in ordering courier services, postal operators, courier companies, printing services or online payment services, as well as security services. Vendors’ personal data may be transferred outside the EEA to trusted partners providing Internet services and having appropriate security certificates (Privacy Shield). In such cases, the vendors will be informed accordingly.
6. As the data controller, we provide you with the rights of access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing of your data. You can also exercise the right to object to the processing of your data and the right to transfer your data to another data administrator. You have the right to withdraw your consent to processing at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
7. You have the right to file a complaint regarding the processing of your data with the Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data (Prezes UODO).
8. Personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organisations.
9. The controller does not carry out automated data processing or profiling activities.

Data collected by the Pyrkon website

1. The above data are used only for server administration purposes.
2. Information about some of user behaviours are subject to logon in the server layer. These data are used solely to administer the site and to provide the most efficient hosting service.
3. Browsed resources of the website are identified by URL addresses. In addition, the following may be recorded:
   • the time of arrival of the query;
   • the time of sending the response;
   • the name of the customer’s station;
   • identification carried out by the HTTP protocol;
   • information about errors that occurred during the implementation of the HTTP transaction;
   • the URL of the page previously visited by the user (referer link);
   • in the case when the transition to the website took place via a hyperlink;
   • information about the user’s browser;
   • information about the IP address.
