APPENDIX NO. 1 TO THE REGULATIONS OF PYRKON FAN CONVENTION

Information about the processing of personal data.

1. The controller of your personal data is the Klub Fantastyki “Druga Era” Association with its registered office in Poznań (61-131) at Kaliska 22a/23, registered in the National Court Register under the number 0000207209. Below you will find all the necessary information regarding the processing of your personal data in connection with the performance of the contract concluded with you and for the purpose of its proper performance.
2. Personal data are processed on the basis of consent (art. 6 para. 1a of the GDPR), on the basis of a participation agreement in Pyrkon (art. 6 para. 1b of the GDPR) and a legitimate interest of the Controller (art. 6 para. 1 f of the GDPR) for the purposes of the execution of Pyrkon, ticket sales transactions, registration of program events presenters and participants, as well as contact with you if necessary and for the purpose of dealing with any complaints or claims. The scope of the data collected is: first name, date of birth, order number, e-mail address, in the case of a natural persons also the PESEL number and correspondence address, and in the case of persons conducting business activities also identification data (the tax identification number, account number) for the purposes of settlement of entered obligations and fulfillment of legal and tax obligations resulting from legal provisions.
3. The provision of data is voluntary. Failure to provide data, however, prevents the participant’s registration and thus the service of the order.
4. Your personal data may be transferred to our partners for purposes necessary for the proper performance of the contract. This applies to entities providing IT or accounting services for us, companies dealing with claim enforcement, intermediaries in ordering courier services, postal operators, courier companies, services that support printing or services that support internet payments, and security services. Vendors’ personal data may be transferred outside the EEA to trusted partners providing online services and holding appropriate security certificates (Privacy Shield). Vendors will be informed accordingly.
5. As the Controller, we provide you with the right to access the data, request its rectification, erasure or restriction of its processing. You may also exercise the right to object to data processing with the Controller and the right to transfer data to another controller. In the event of your voluntary consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing made on the basis of the consent prior to its withdrawal.
6. You have the right to lodge a complaint concerning the processing of personal data with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
7. Personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.
8. The controller does not carry out automated data processing or profiling.
