Gather your party and check the map!

If you’re planning to go hunting for challenges, it’s worth mapping out your route carefully, because around practically all of Pyrkon’s corners is an opportunity to test your knowledge, reflexes, or strategic skills.

You can start your adventure right in the PCC Hall, which will host the cult-classic Ryjówka: Całkiem nowy quiz filmowy. It’s one of the best-known competitive events on the program and has been attracting fans of movies, TV shows, and animation for over a decade. There will also be a chance to test your knowledge about Warriors–the book series by Victoria Holmes, who is once again returning as a guest at Pyrkon this year. Meanwhile, the Kids Zone will host drawing contests for our youngest attendees!

The next stop is the famous czteropak, a complex of several halls filled to the brim with attractions. In Hall 8, in the LEGO Fan Zone, challenges requiring wit, sharp eyes, and a bit of strategic thinking will be waiting for participants. You can try your hand at the LEGO Heroica and LEGO Monkey Palace tournaments, take part in the minifigure hunt with Let’s GO Build, or set off on a Bionicle field adventure to search for Nuva symbols. And that’s just the tip of the brick iceberg, because there will also be a LEGO Ninjago Trivia Quiz!

From the czteropak, the road leads on to Hall 6C, the kingdom of gaming! This is exactly where the tournaments organized by Poznań’s YOMI FGC take place, aimed at fighting game fans and esports competitors. Sign-ups and clashes in Guilty Gear Strive, TEKKEN 8, and 2XKO await brave players. Each tournament is a chance to face off against the best and fight for a place among the winners.

However, Pyrkon’s competition map doesn’t end there! The path leads further to Hall 3A, the Integration Zone, where there’s no rest for the wicked, because the number of attractions and challenges is exceptionally high. It’s a space full of rhythmic, musical, trivia, and sports activities.

Fans of rhythm games will find qualifiers and tournaments. You’ll have the chance to play Chunithm, StepMania, Pump It Up, and the Rhythm Triathlon (Wielobój Rytmikowy), among others. Dance lovers can visit The House of Just Dance, which will host solo and duo tournaments. Meanwhile, K-pop enthusiasts will test their knowledge and reflexes during quizzes, bingo, and dance challenges organized by K-Culture Stage and the All1dance Crew.

There will also be something waiting for those who enjoy physical activity. In the Chill and Recreation Zone, together with KaliSquad, sports challenges with prizes will take place: from push-ups and pull-ups to calisthenics workshops, where you’ll be able to learn basic figures and test your own limits.

Puzzle Mania!

Looking for a place where reflexes and precision matter? This year, the Jigsaw Puzzle Zone will make its debut at our convention space, and within it… lots of challenges and great fun. Curious about how we turn classic jigsaw puzzles into fully-fledged tournament clashes?

Participants will face the Jigsaw Puzzle Duel, a dynamic competition inspired by chess matches. Two players, jigsaw puzzles, and chess clocks, all in a knockout format. For duos, there’s the Jigsaw Puzzle Relay, where two-person teams will assemble jigsaw puzzle sets, swapping places at the tables every five minutes. It’s a challenge not just against the clock, but above all, requiring cooperation and teamwork.

Even greater understanding will be required for Blind Puzzling. In this unusual competition, one person acts as the “hands,” the other as the “eyes.” One pieces it together, the other gives directions —without being able to touch the puzzle pieces. Communication, trust, and the ability to react quickly will be crucial. For a more team-oriented rivalry, we’ve got the Team Jigsaw Puzzle Tournament, where three- or four-person crews will battle to complete a full image as fast as possible. Quick decisions, good organization, and effective cooperation will be key here.

There will also be a more socially focused version of this game. The Puzzle S(Witcher) will combine the vibe of the Witcher world with teamwork and collaborative puzzle-solving. This time, competition won’t be the most important thing; it’s all about cooperation, a good atmosphere, and the satisfaction of fitting the pieces together.

And that’s still only a fraction of the competitive attractions scattered across the convention. Pyrkon proves once again that whether you’re a fan of trivia, games, dancing, LEGO, esports, or sports challenges… There’s always another quest to complete and another prize to win here.
