SMKKPM to perform on the Outdoor Stage during Pyrkon 2024!

SEKCJA MUZYCZNA KOŁŁĄTAJOWSKIEJ KUŹNI PRAWDZIWYCH MĘŻCZYZN  – is a Cracow-based band presenting an unpretentious combination of humor, distance towards life, sincere fun and fantastic alternative music. The group has two albums to its credit: “Superbohater” [2018] and “Brzydki” [2023]. They promote “mediocrity,” self-acceptance and good, life-affirming messages. The songs “Superbohater,” “Kartografia” and “Piechotą do Twojego serca” made their way into the Polish romantic comedy “Miłość jest blisko.” In turn, the song “Bzdury” was featured on the soundtrack of the film “Czarna Owca.” The sentimental tracks “Hermiona” and “Karty z Magicka,” which tell the story of friendship and love in the time of the 3.5 edition of Dungeons and Dragons are interesting as well.

Only recently, the group has appeared at numerous festivals and events, and most importantly started touring (they did the nationwide “Małe Wygranko 2022”, or the cyclical “Walentynki Grubych Smutnych i Samotnych”, held in the company of such performers as Ranko Ukulele and Wojtek Szumański). In addition, SMKKPM has had more than a dozen television productions, a concert on Polish Radio Three and, through a competition, was chosen to support Scorpions at Life Festival Oświęcim in 2017. In turn, in 2022, SMKKPM’s songs on Spotify alone were played 626,000 times and reached 134,000 listeners in Poland and around the world. Currently, the band is focusing on creating their third album titled. “Fantasy,” which is scheduled for release in 2024.
