Who will set up their camps in the Gord?

This year, the Fan Initiatives Gord is a real town of passion – 28 groups from all over Poland will come together to create a place teeming with activities, knowledge and fun. 

Each of them has prepared something unique: workshops, demonstrations, exhibitions, games, larps and plenty of space for conversation. You can talk to the creators of the events, join their projects, or simply explore the fascinating worlds they live in every day. This is a testament to how diverse, open and creative the fantasy community is.

In the Gord, LARPs rule!

While the Gord is teeming with fantastic attractions, this year fans of live role-playing can expect a real treat. The Larpunk group has prepared more than a dozen amazing scenarios – from thrilling dramas to wacky comedies – plus the LARP “Mozombik” from Orkon. Here is the full list:

Kuźnia Lunatyka (each day of Pyrkon)
Kuźnia Lunatyka, a paradise for beginner Jedi i Sith. Under the watchful eye of Master Lun Atica, a lightsaber enthusiast, participants can embark on a journey to create their own lightsaber from scratch. Master Lun, will guide participants through the complex process of selecting components and installing power cells. Kuźnia Lunatyka is more than a workshop, it is a forge of creativity where imagination is ignited and dreams become reality, resulting in a personalized lightsaber, a tangible symbol of connection to the Force.

Observation of the sun, moon and planets through a telescope (each day of Pyrkon)

Lovers of both astronomy and fantasy stories are invited! You will discover how the night sky can tell stories as epic as the Witcher saga. With a specialized telescope, you will immerse yourself in the details of the Sun’s surface, and evening observations of the Moon will transport you to a world where mythical legends intertwine with scientific discovery of the cosmos. Remember – the sky can be as unpredictable as the fate of heroes from dark Slavic tales, so outdoor observations take place only when the sky is clear. 

Fallout Meet-up (Saturday)

We invite all fans of the post-apocalypse to a meeting of cosplayers from the world of Fallout! It’s a great opportunity to take photos together, exchange stories from the Wastelands and have a temporary truce, even between the Brotherhood of Steel and the Enclave.

Fantasy Fighting vs. Reality – A Reconstructive Analysis of Fencing Treatises (Saturday)

Do fight scenes from movies and games have anything to do with real fencing? It’s time to check! Through a reconstructive analysis of fencing treatises, you will learn which techniques would be right for real life, and which remain in the realm of dreams for Dark Souls players. Replicas included!

Pillow Fight (Friday, Sunday)

Time to shed your armor and take on the challenge of childlike nature! A pillow fight is the perfect opportunity to get wild, regardless of age. Pillows are waiting – all you need is enthusiasm and a little willingness to play!

Great Pillow Fight (Saturday)

If a small skirmish leaves you wanting more – we invite you to an epic, massive Pillow Fight under the Outdoor Stage! You can bring your own soft weapons – just remember: no feathers, only anti-allergenic pillows!
