Not all fantastic creatures have wings, scales, huge fangs, or magical powers. Some have wet noses, soft fur, and eyes full of hope as they look up at humans. The “All Animals Are Fantastic” (Wszystkie Zwierzęta Są Fantastyczne) campaign is an initiative aimed at helping foundations and associations that dedicate their time to the animals and care for their well-being. We cannot support all organizations, but we can do our best to help at least a few of them. After all, every penny realistically contributes to filling a tummy, paying for treatment, or buying a toy, and every home found is a small miracle we can make come true together.

At Pyrkon 2026, we are joining forces with:

The Labrador Foundation

The Fundacja na rzecz Osób Niewidomych Labrador-Pies Przewodnik is a team of wonderful people whose dedication makes the social and vocational rehabilitation of blind and visually impaired individuals much easier. And this is all thanks to guide dogs trained by the Foundation and provided to these individuals entirely free of charge!

The Labrador Foundation is a member of the International Guide Dog Federation. It is also authorized to issue certificates for guide dogs for the blind and visually impaired.

Wondering where to catch them at the Convention?

  • The Science Zone – Science Station [Saturday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM]: Meeting with the foundation’s beneficiaries is a unique opportunity to learn the stories of people for whom guide and assistance dogs help and support them in their daily lives. Attendees will learn about the dog training process, how the relationship between a human and their four-legged partner is built, and the immense role such a dog plays in helping someone regain independence and self-confidence. It is also a space to ask questions and directly interact with the heroes of the meeting.
  • Plac Marka – near the Fire Stage [Saturday from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM]: The assistance dog training demonstration is a short, practical presentation of a dog’s work during training. It will showcase elements of obedience, concentration, and ignoring distractions in a highly demanding convention environment. Attendees will be able to see how the foundation is built for a future guide or assistance dog. It will also be explained why precision and consistency in training are absolutely crucial for the safety and independence of future handlers. After the demonstration, there will be an opportunity to talk with the instructors and volunteers.

  • The Fan Initiatives Gord – Hall 3: Here the foundation’s booth will be located throughout the entire duration of Pyrkon. Inspiring conversations, interesting meetings, and volunteers eager to tell you more about the Foundation’s activities will be waiting for you. You will also be able to support the foundation on-site by dropping some money into their donation box.

To support the Labrador Foundation’s activities, you can also use their online fundraiser – accessible via the QR code above or this LINK.

The Ja Pacze Sercem Foundation for the Assistance of Blind Cats

The Ja Pacze Sercem Foundation is the only group of volunteers in all of Europe that has been rescuing blind and visually impaired cats for many years. Although the organization has officially existed since 2016, they have been helping animals for much longer, even on an international scale – since 2014, they have also been taking in cats from war-torn Ukraine.

For the “little blind ones” – as they affectionately call their rescues, Ja Pacze Sercem volunteers create a network of temporary foster homes all across Poland. They rescue them not only from the streets but also from shelters, which for visually impaired cats usually means spending all their time in cages for their own safety.

The foundation’s efforts were recognized by the animal-loving community back in 2016 and 2017 when they were awarded the Cat Lover of the Year and Heart for Animals awards. For Ja Pacze Sercem this is a major achievement, as their goal is not only to save kittens but also to reach a wider audience and present the “little blind ones” as fantastic companions for whom a lack of sight shouldn’t be a barrier. After all, “different” doesn’t mean “worse” – together with them, we can look with our hearts!

Ja Pacze Sercem at Pyrkon:

At Pyrkon, the Foundation will once again have its booth in the Vendors Land. In this special place, you will have the opportunity to support the foundation and its rescues by purchasing charity items prepared specifically for Pyrkon by artists who “look with their hearts” and brave volunteers.

You will also find plenty of beautiful, handmade treasures here: decorations, soy candles, jewelry, ceramics, knitted mascots, paintings and graphics, cards, postcards, keychains, and other sundries, so everyone can pick something for themselves or their loved ones.

We highly encourage you to come say hello at Hall 5, Booth 149, to talk with the volunteers and listen to magical stories about their fantastic rescues.

“LAMPO” Koluszkowskie Stowarzyszenie Pomocy Zwierzętom Association

“LAMPO” (Koluszkowskie Stowarzyszenie Pomocy Zwierzętom) was established on the initiative of animal lovers whose absolute priority is the health, safety, and dignified living conditions of animals.

This year, we are collaborating with “LAMPO” for the first time, and we warmly encourage you to support this wonderful initiative as well.

“LAMPO” at Pyrkon:

At Pyrkon, the Koluszkowskie Stowarzyszenie Pomocy Zwierzętom “LAMPO” will have its booth in the Vendors Land for the very first time. At their booth, you will find many unique trinkets and various items prepared with animal lovers in mind.

Every purchase will have a special meaning – the entire income from sales will be allocated to the association’s statutory activities. It is a perfect opportunity to combine your passion for unique items with real support for LAMPO’s four-legged rescues.

Visit them in Hall 5, Booth 159, to support their actions for animals in need of real help. We believe that by working together, we can help “LAMPO” build a safe haven for their rescues.

If you want to support “LAMPO” right now, the QR code will direct you to their fundraiser. You can also use this LINK.

In previous years, we have helped:

Logo Fundacji Pomocy Zwierzętom "Kłębek": biały zarys kota stworzony z linii na niebieskim okręgu, pod nim biały napis "Kłębek" i "FUNDACJA POMOCY ZWIERZĘTOM".

Fundacja Kłębek

Fundacja Kłębek Many homeless cats hide in the nooks and crannies of Poznań. Cats with long and often difficult histories behind them – violence, illnesses, the fight for survival.  Fundacja Kłębek operates specifically for these cats, currently sheltering around 120 animals looking for a home. They are provided with professional care and a safe haven there.

Kłębek Fundacja Pomocy Zwierzętom is run by a veterinarian and a number of dedicated volunteers. Together, they have set their goal not only to help animals but also to provide ecological and humanitarian education for children and youths, as well as to promote animal welfare volunteering.

You can find more about the Foundation, their rescues, and their needs on their website HERE.

Everyone can put on a cape!

Every year in Poland, hundreds of thousands of animals end up in shelters and under the care of foundations or associations. Sometimes abandoned, sometimes lost, and sometimes simply taken off the street, occasionally after traumatic experiences—these animals have different stories, but they all share one common trait: they need our help and support.

If you want to support a local foundation, association, or the shelter closest to where you live, we assure you—even tiny gestures mean the world to the four-legged rescues of these organisations. Below you will find a few suggestions on how you can support various foundations at little cost.

Real help for fantastic animals!

  • Financial help – Even the smallest donation matters greatly to a foundation’s or association’s rescues. Every penny in their account translates into a full bowl of food or a medical treatment.
  • Everyday items – Many things we have in excess can be genuinely useful for animals in shelters or their caretakers (e.g., puppy pads, blankets, towels, beds, cleaning supplies).
  • Food and treats – Food for the rescues is always useful, but it is worth choosing consciously, as not all food is suitable for animals under a facility’s care. It is much better to buy a smaller amount of high-quality food.

This is crucial! Before you donate food, towels, accessories, toys, or other gifts, make sure to contact the chosen facility and ask about their current needs. Every shelter, foundation, or association faces different challenges, and the list of the most needed items can change from week to week. Staff and volunteers know best what is currently lacking, so they will gladly advise you on what kind of support will be most valuable for their rescues.

Don’t be discouraged if you hear specific requirements regarding food. Not every product available on the market is suitable for animals with allergies, food intolerances, or other health issues. Often, donating a smaller amount of high-quality food is a much greater help than a large supply of products that could accidentally harm the four-legged rescues.

A well-chosen donation is a real help – thanks to it, the animals receive exactly what they need most. Trust the volunteers and facility staff, and your help will be truly effective.

How else can you help?

  • With your time and skills – Donating your own time and skills is equally valuable: even a one-time walk is a massive help for a dog and its caretakers. It also happens that facilities are looking for people to create adoption materials, someone willing to run social media, or even crafters to make things for charity auctions.
  • Organize small campaigns on your own – Remember that sometimes a small pebble starts an avalanche, and you don’t have to help alone: you can organize a donation drive for animals in your office, among your neighbors, or at your children’s school.
  • Adopt, but be smart about it – Adopting an animal is one of the most beautiful ways to help and a real chance to change its life. However, it is a decision that changes the caretaker’s everyday life for many years, which is always worth remembering.

Helping takes many forms!

Helping animals isn’t limited exclusively to donating food or accessories. There are many more possibilities, and the only real limit is – I’m not exaggerating at all – our imagination! You can support a shelter or foundation financially, become a volunteer, help transport animals, help to raise awareness by promoting adoptions on social media, organize fundraisers among friends, or simply share knowledge about responsible animal care.

Many organizations can also be supported by donating 1.5% of your income tax to them – it’s a simple gesture that costs nothing, but can translate into purchasing food, treating rescues, or improving their living conditions. Sometimes, small actions carry huge significance: dedicating your time, helping with daily chores, or simply sharing an adoption post. Every form of support, regardless of its scale, matters and can help create a better future for animals in need of our help.
