Rules for Fan-Made Merchandising Featuring the Pyrkon Team

Can you create your own versions of the “Pyrkon Team” and use them without any restrictions? In short: Pyrkon says, “you can create your own fan art and interpretations of our characters, but under certain conditions.” If you want to know what these conditions are, read on!

Naszą fantastyczną „Drużynę Pyrkonu” w ich wersji podstawowej narysowała artystka Lisu

What’s the short version?

Imagine a world where fans can create their own versions of the “Pyrkon Team” – draw them, reinterpret them, and even sell their own merch inspired by their stories. Sounds great, right? However – like in any good story – there are boundaries here that set the rules for co-creation.

Below you will find a straightforward breakdown of the rules provided by the Klub Fantastyki “Druga Era” Association. They apply to creating derivative works inspired by Pyrkon’s publicly disclosed intellectual property, especially the Pyrkon hero characters presented on February 10, 2026, on the event’s social media.

This isn’t so much strict law as it is a framework for cooperation between creators and the Convention – so that you can create freely, but at the same time respect Pyrkon’s identity and image.

What is allowed?

✅ You can create your own works inspired by the Pyrkon Team and other publicly shared Pyrkon materials.

✅ You can sell certain handmade merch featuring these graphics without additional permission from Pyrkon.

Czego nie wolno?

❌ You cannot use official Pyrkon trademarks (e.g., logos, registered marks) as if they were part of your project.

❌ You cannot attempt to register your work as your own trademark, other industrial property right, or copyright, in any country.

❌ You cannot create content that contradicts the image or principles guiding Pyrkon or the Association.

Detailed Rules for Fan-Made Merchandising Featuring the Pyrkon Team:

The Klub Fantastyki “Druga Era” Association permits interested parties to create original derivative works based on or interpreting Pyrkon’s publicly shared intellectual property. This applies primarily to the so-called Pyrkon Team (the brand’s characters) published on February 10, 2026, on Pyrkon’s Social Media. However, this permission is subject to specific rules:

  1. The work created based on this permission may not use the Association’s industrial property, including Trademarks registered by the Association.
  2. The work created based on the above permission may not constitute a basis or part for registering new trademarks, other industrial property items, and copyrights, in any country.
  3. The work may not infringe upon the good name of the Association and the Association’s brands, in particular the Pyrkon Fan Convention.
  4. Specifically, works created based on this permission are strictly prohibited from depicting:
    1. behaviors praising actions prohibited by Polish law or depicting activities prohibited by Polish law;
