Pyrkon Festival Office – support, information, and amenities all in one place!
15 June 2026
Pyrkon is not only a rich programme of events, but also a space where we care about the comfort of all attendees. To make it easier to navigate the festival and ensure quick access to help and information, we have prepared the Festival Office – a place where you can handle many organisational matters and take advantage of practical services.
During Pyrkon, we invite all participants to the Festival Office, located in Pavilion 10. This is the central support point where you can report any issues, receive assistance from the festival team, and obtain all necessary information about the event.
Lost something?

The Festival Office also hosts the Lost and Found Office, where items lost on the festival grounds are collected. If you have lost something during one of the festival days, this is the place to go. Likewise, if you find someone’s property on site (from a case, glasses, plush toy, costume piece, to a phone), don’t be like Bilbo Baggins and keep it for yourself – bring it to the Lost and Found Office instead.
On site, you will also find touchscreen tablets that allow participants to conveniently browse the Pyrkon programme. It is also possible to print information about selected programme points, making it easier to plan your festival day. Additionally, touchscreen tablets will also be available at the information point on the ground floor of the PCC Pavilion.
Accessibility feature
The Festival Office is also a place for important accessibility initiatives. Here, you can exchange your standard Pyrkon lanyard for a lanyard with a sunflower pattern, which is an international symbol for people with hidden disabilities.
For attendees using assistance dogs and guide dogs, additional amenities will be provided – water and dog waste bags will be available on site to ensure comfort and proper care for these working animals.
A tactile map (typhlomap) will also be placed at the entrance to the festival grounds, helping blind and visually impaired attendees navigate the site more easily.
The Festival Office is not only an information point, but above all a space of real support for participants – a place where you can get help, use practical solutions, and feel taken care of throughout Pyrkon.
