The Mobile Comic Book Reading Room to visit Pyrkon again!
Pyrkon regulars know perfectly well what the Mobile Comic Book Reading Room is. This year, our participants will have the opportunity to dive into its rich resources once more.
The Mobile Comic Book Reading Room is the is an initiative by the University Library in Poznań. For several editions now, the library has been making the resources of Czytelnia Nova available at Pyrkon. Many a comic book treasure can be found in its vast archives! Pyrkon goers will have the opportunity to choose from Polish and foreign issues of the most popular superhero comics, Polish classics and the works of the greatest European masters. The Mobile Comic Book Reading Room shall also take the readers on an adventure to the distant lands of Asia, presenting a wide selection of mangas.
The Mobile Comic Book Reading Room will be waiting in its traditional location.
You can’t teach an old dog new tricks, that’s why you will find the Mobile Comic Book Reading Room exactly where it was located last year. Just go to the mezzanine of hall no. 5 and leave a photo ID. That’s all it takes for the gates to the world of comics to stand open!
