Rules and Regulations of the Low Stimulation Zone

  1. These rules and regulations apply to the Low Stimulation Zone at the Pyrkon 2026 Fan Convention.
  2. The term “Low Stimulation Zone” means two designated spaces at the Poznań International Fair:
    1. in the passage towards the PCC Hall, next to the wall of Hall 8A;
    2. in Hall 11 (‘the Spire‘) located inside, at the entrance from the side of Hall 12.
  3. The zones will be marked with posters with the name “Low Stimulation Zone” written on a lime green background.
  4. The Low Stimulation Zone are open during the following hours:
    1. Friday, June 19 2026: 12:00 noon – 10:00 p.m.;
    2. Saturday, June 20 2026: 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.;
    3. Sunday, June 21 2026: 10:00 a.m. – 04:00 p.m.
  5. The zones are intended for Participants who need to clear their heads and tune out the excessive number of stimuli outside.
  6. The areas designated for the Zones do not provide complete soundproofing or cutting off sunlight, only limiting these stimuli.
  7. In the Zones, it is forbidden to perform activities that may generate noise, such as: talking on the phone, listening to music, loud conversations and using electronic devices that do not have the sound turned off.
  8. The Organizer provides the opportunity to rent up to 20 pairs of soundproofing headphones (10 in each of the two locations), which can be picked up at the entrance to the Zone and must be returned when leaving the Zone. The headphones will be disinfected after each use.
  9. Leave the area clean and tidy before leaving the Zone.
  10. The number of people staying inside the Zone will be regulated by the Volunteers taking care of the Zone, but there cannot be more than 25 people present at any time in either of the two locations.
  11. The time a person can spend in the Zones is unlimited, but cannot exceed the opening time of the Zones.
  12. Those Zones are not intended as a place to sleep.
  13. In the event of the maximum number of Participants staying in a given Zone, further persons will be admitted to the Zone after an appropriate number of people leaves, so as not to exceed the maximum number of Participants.
  14. A one-time violation of the regulations will result in removing the Participant from the Zone.
  15. Participants using the Zones must strictly follow the instructions of the Volunteers taking care of the Zones.
  16. The Zones may not be used by persons under the influence of alcohol and drugs.
  17. In disputed situations, the Spokesperson for the Accessibility of the Pyrkon Fan Convention decides. Their decisions are considered final.
  18. Matters not covered by these regulations are governed by the general rules and regulations of the event, while other issues are regulated by relevant regulations, including the Penal Code and the Civil Code.
  19. Disputes will be settled in court by the court competent for the place of registration of the organizer of the event.
