NEW AT PYRKON: Pyrpasses for autographs and photos at no additional charge

Autographs are still free of charge!

The main thing is: nothing changes in terms of fees. We do not follow in the footsteps of many foreign conventions: autographs and photo ops on Pyrkon have always been and will continue to be included in the ticket price. We, as Pyrkon, buy a certain number of autographs and photos from our guests for you and present them to you at no additional charge.

However, as there are more and more people interested in these magical meetings every year, we decided to bring about a new artifact to bring order to the somewhat chaotic reality: a ✨PYRPASS✨

What is a Pyrpass?

Pyrpass is your pass to the newly created Autograph and Photo Zone, which will be much more spacious this year (it is not going to be located in the PCC hall, but we will give you more details about the location closer to the date of the event).  

But back to what a Pyrpass is:

• it allows you to enter the Autograph and Photo Zone; 

• authorizes you to queue for a photo or autograph of a particular Guest…

• … guarantees that you will actually get that photo or autograph. 

Why do all this? You will not have to spend time as long as Frodo’s trip to Mordor  in the queues, this will also give you the certainty that an autograph or photo you dream of becomes tangible proof of meeting your dream Guest. We hope that this will also make autograph and photo sessions more structured and comfortable for everyone: both the Participants and invited Guests. 

Pyrpass and how to get it?

You will be able to pick up your Pyrpasses: 

• • in front of the entrance to the Autograph and Photo Zone hall, at a special booth operated by eBilet;
• • on the day on which the autograph or photo session with a specific Guest takes place;
• • note!  the number of Pyrpasses is limited, so they will be issued while supplies last (reserving it with a token guarantees a Pyrpass);

Does this mean autographs and photos will be tokenized? 

Yes. Similarly to other program events, autograph and photo op sessions will be 50 % tokenized. Booking with a token guarantees the possibility to pick up a Pyrpass – even later on in the day, until the start of a given session. The remaining 50% of Pyrpasses will be available to people without a token reservation, who will come up to the eBilet booth until the pool is exhausted.

Here are all the rules!

Before you set off to get your dream autographs, like you would legendary artifacts, take a look at the rules and regulations of the Autograph and Photo Zone. This set of rules works like a quest map – it will help you avoid surprises and make the whole adventure run smoothly and without unpleasant twists and turns.

A few key principles at a glance:

• 1 Pyrpass = 1 autograph or 1 photo with the selected Guest,

• one person can pick up only one Pyrpass at a time for a given session,

• to get another Pyrpass, you need to queue again (unless the pool has been exhausted), 

• tokenized Pyrpasses are an exception from this rule – a maximum of 3 of those can be picked up at a time,

• Pyrpassas can only be picked up on the day of the session,

• an unused Pyrpass expires at the end of the session,

• during autograph and photo op sessions, it is not possible to take a photo or make a recording with your own phone,

• minors can enter with a guardian (the guardian does not receive an autograph or photo),

• people with disabilities can enter with an assistant, with priority (the assistant does not receive an autograph or photo).

We realize it’s a big change – like a new edition of your favorite game. But we believe that Pyrpasses will make meetings with Guests go smoother, feel a lot quieter and just more… magical.
