Regulations for the PYRKON special offer

1. The promotion is organized by Orbis Spółka Akcyjna (joint stock company) with its registered seat at (00-028) Warsaw, ul. Bracka 16, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Economic Department of the National Court Register, under no.: KRS0000022622, NIP: 526-025-04-69, REGON: 006239529, share capital in the amount of 92 154 016 PLN

2. Only persons who at the time of participation in the promotional campaign meet the following conditions jointly may partake in the said promotion:

a) are 18 years old or older,
b) possess full legal capacity.

3. The special offer consists in granting a discount for hotel room booking in the amount of 10% of the price of the day valid in a given hotel to the participants of PYRKON.

4. The special offer applies only to rooms, it does not include food and other services provided by the hotel.

5. Each reservation must be submitted personally by the participant in the form of an e-mail with the password PYRKON provided in it, to the address of the selected hotel.

7. The special offer is valid until 28/02/2019 or until the qualifying rooms are fully booked, for the period of stay between 26-28.04.2019

8. The number of rooms qualifying for the special offer is limited.
