What have we prepared for people with disabilities?

As part of the Accessible Pyrkon initiative, we have prepared a number of facilities that will make participation in our Convention even easier and more convenient. Below we list the most relevant ones, for more details be sure to check out the “Accessible Pyrkon” action page! 

• priority accreditation – people with disabilities can benefit from a separate accreditation point with easier access and priority entry to the convention grounds.
• free assistant/guardian ID badge – people with severe or moderate disabilities can receive a free assistant or guardian ID badge.
  To obtain it, all you need to do is:
  • Have a valid disability certificate.
  • Report the document number to [email protected] by June 1, 2025.
  • Present the submitted document at the accreditation desk at the convention.
    
• grounds accessibility – Pyrkon takes place at the Poznań International Fair, which is wheelchair accessible. Most of the buildings have elevators and ramps, and the layout of the site allows for easy movement.
• Special seats at lectures and demonstrations – we provide seats for wheelchair users and people with special needs;
• Translation into Polish Sign Language – selected attractions will be translated into Polish Sign Language so that deaf people can fully participate in the Convention;
• volunteer assistance – our team of Pyrkon Helpers is ready to assist all participants requiring additional support.
