Attention! Please read the information below carefully before proceeding to the “Workshops registration” page. The link to it is at the bottom of the article.

Everything you need to know about the workshops

If you have not done it yet, be sure to read the rules of registration for the Workshops:

To find details for a specific workshop or view a full list of those, go to the >Lineup< tab.

• On the right side of the screen, in the “Program type” drop-down menu, select the “Show full program” option.
• In the “Tags:” section, check the “Sign up” box to narrow down the results to workshops only.
• You can additionally filter the program using the “Program zones:” list or use the search box by entering the title of the experience you are interested in.

Note: Any changes regarding the hours or location of events will be updated on an ongoing basis in the >Lineup< tab. The “Workshops registration” tab will not include corrigendums.

Registration for workshops

Most workshops require prior registration using the forms available at the link below.
In the program, these workshops are marked as follows:

• with a vertical beam with the inscription “Workshop” on the right side of the box,
• with a “sign up” tag.

Exception: Open formula workshops also take place in the Workshop Zone, but they do not have a beam and do not require registration.

After completing the registration form, you will receive an e-mail confirming the registration, and information about the final status of the application will be sent to the same address — by 12.06.2025 at the latest.

Remember: In the “Workshop registration” tab, the maximum number of participants is provided — not the number of spots still available.
Each person can register for a given workshop only once — subsequent applications will be canceled.
