Press Pass Terms and Conditions
Pyrkon Fan Convention, organised by “Druga Era” Fan Association
- The basis for issuing a Press Pass allowing entry to the premises of Pyrkon is active work as a creator, regularly making contributions published in the traditional media outlets or online.
- Press Pass can also be granted to individuals who take an active role in the pop culture world; namely those who create content for online portals, channels, blogs or websites that cover topics related to Pyrkon Fan Convention (ie. computer or board games, electronics, new technologies, film and literature) and are popular among potential Pyrkon demographics.
- The Organiser reserves the right to deny a Press Pass without explanation, as well as the right to deny the pass when the media does not align with the profile of the Convention, is not updated regularly or when one outlet put in too many applications.
- Press Pass is free of charge.
- The Organiser will inform the approved outlets in a separate email how to retrieve the passes.
- Press Pass must be visible for inspection by the convention staff and relevant services while the pass holder is performing their journalistic duties.
- Press Pass does not entitle you to photographing or recording specific events (concerts, panels, etc.) happening during the convention. Permissions to do so have to be obtained from the creators of each of the program events.
- If you fulfil the requirements of these T&C and want to apply for Press Pass, fill in the application form available here: [link EN]
- Recipients of Press Pass are required to publish information about Pyrkon Fan Convention by the outlet they work with, that is a website, a channel, a blog, a printed magazine, a TV or radio programme. Such published information may be based on materials available at www.pyrkon.pl, www.pyrkon.prowly.com or materials sent by the organisers (texts, banners, photos), or it may be an original editorial piece.
