Last chance to participate in the Pyrkon K-Pop Dance Cover Festival!
16 March 2026
The qualifiers last only until the end of March. This is the last call to apply together with your team to fight for the place in the final, great prizes and eternal glory! Meanwhile, while we are looking forward to your entries, another world-class South Korean dancer joins the jury.
If you’ve been telling yourself since January that you just need to fine-tune your transitions or spend a weekend working on the details, this is the moment to actually deliver and give yourself a chance to shine on the Pyrkon Fire Stage. Sign-ups for the competition last 2 more weeks, then the opportunity to participate in this year’s edition will be lost forever.
How does it work?
The qualifiers are not a casting with red-carpet pressure, but rather an invitation to show how you perform as a team. First, you choose a person who will keep you in check and be the point of contact for the organisers, then you prepare the application so it’s clear: who’s dancing, who’s where on the line-up, and what’s your material.
The entry has to be a dance cover for an unmodified K-Pop song with original choreography. You can submit up to two songs for the performance, and if it turns out that everyone has fallen in love with the same track, the organisers might want to diversify the contest and let a limited number of teams with the same song enter the finale. You upload the application recording as a link to YouTube or Google Drive. It doesn’t have to be shot in the final outfits, but it has to be made the right way: with visible faces, the team composition as stated in the application form, and have video quality of at least 1080p.
Sounds simple? That’s ’cause it is! If you have any questions, you will find answers to them in the rules and regulations. Otherwise, you can move directly to the application form.

Gather the team, fine-tune the choreography and send in your application, because the stakes are pretty high – the prizes are worth PLN 12,000:
- 1st place – PLN 6,000
- 2nd place – PLN 4,000
- 3rd place – PLN 2,000
And then? Then there’s the stage, lights and applause from the audience!
Special guest and our next juror of the competition: GOTOE
On the subject of the stage, emotions and live performances – it’s time to reveal who will be taking a look at the final choreographies from the position of an undisputed expert. Go Toekyung, better known as GOTOE – an influencer and dancer, whom many of you associate with the huge Random Play Dance events organized around the world, will sit at the jury table next to Zbigniew Zasada and Piotrovscy.
Since 2018, GOTOE has been crossing continents, creating dance events gathering hundreds, sometimes even thousands of participants. He initiated fan meetings in over thirty countries, and his YouTube channel became one of the centers of the international K-Pop dance community.
In his career, he has collaborated with an impressive list of teams and artists – Red Velvet, ATEEZ, ITZY, NCT 127, fromis_9, GFRIEND, EVERGLOW and many others. He also appeared in J.Y. Park’s acclaimed music video “Groove Back”. His presence in the jury is a unique opportunity to showcase your choreography in front of someone who has lived and breathed the K-Pop scene for years and works with world-class artists.
Our guest will also host our own Pyrkon Random Play Dance – more on that coming soon!
Last call
So if you’re almost finished with the material – this is the moment for finishing touches. If you are only just putting together a team – you still have some time. However, remember that time flies and the qualifiers close on 30.03.2026.
