RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE AUTOGRAPH AND PHOTO ZONE
RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE AUTOGRAPH AND PHOTO ZONE
1. GENERAL
1.1 These regulations apply to the Autograph and Photo Zone (hereinafter referred to as the “Zone”) during the Pyrkon Fan Convention on June 19-21, 2026 in Poznań (hereinafter referred to as the Convention), at the Poznań International Fair (MTP).
1.2 The User is obliged to follow all instructions issued by the Convention staff or persons authorised by them (organisers, volunteers, Peace Patrol, facility security, hereinafter referred to as “Staff” or “Organiser”).
1.3 The Zone will include Autograph Points, where the Convention participant may receive an autograph from a given Convention guest, hereinafter referred to as the “Convention Guest”.
1.4 The Zone will also include Photo Points, where the Convention participant can take a photo with the Convention Guest.
1.5 Each participant of the Convention staying in the Zone is obliged to read these regulations and comply with them.
1.6 Only people with a Pyrpass entry ticket (hereinafter referred to as “Pyrpass”) have access to the Zone.
1.7 The zone will be open on the days and hours of the Convention: 14:00-21:00 on Friday (19.06), 10:00-21:00 on Saturday (20.06) and 10:00-16:00 on Sunday (21.06). The times are subject to change.
1.8 It is not possible to book a place in the Zone for a third party.
1.9 In the event of great interest, participants should wait their turn in an orderly manner and in accordance with the instructions of the Staff. Leaving the queue or being removed from it by Staff results in losing the place in the line.
1.10 Disputes between participants regarding the use of the Zone shall be settled solely by Staff.
1.11 In the Zone, it is strictly forbidden to take photos and record videos with personal electronic equipment. Persons who do not comply with the ban will be removed from the Zone. The ban does not apply to persons from Staff designated and authorised by the Organiser.
1.12 Staff reserves the right to remove from the area of the Zone persons behaving inappropriately, in a disruptive manner, or those who do not comply with generally accepted social norms or personal culture norms.
1.13 Each interaction of the participant with the Guest should be short, courteous and respecting the principles of culture and mutual approval of the proposed behaviours.
1.14 Image and video of the area of the Zone will be recorded by entities authorized by the Staff. Images of natural persons present in the Zone may be distributed free of charge and without restrictions in accordance with copyright law. In this respect as an element of a larger whole, the materials can be distributed in the press materials and social media of the organizer (including Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok) also for marketing purposes in combination with other photos of the participant and on their own. The Organiser’s use of the participant’s likeness for the purposes described above may only take place for a proportionate and adequate purpose, and may not take place in violation of the participant’s dignity and good name.
2. PYRPASS
2.1 In order to receive an autograph or a photo from a Convention Guest, you must have a Pyrpass.
2.2 Pyrpass can be collected at the eTicket booth located in front of the entrance to the Zone from 12:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. on Friday (June 19), 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. on Saturday (June 20) and 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. on Sunday (June 21).
2.3 The number of Pyrpasses available is limited – the number of autographs and photos that a guest can give out is predetermined.
2.4 People who have a token for autographs/photos for the Convention Guest are guaranteed the opportunity to pick up their Pyrpass if they arrive at the eTicket point in time to pick it up, that is until the start of the given session.
2.5 Pyrpasses, as well as token reservations for a given session can be picked up until the start of the session.
2.6 50% of all autograph/photo sessions are tokenised.
2.7 One person can get one Pyrpass per autograph/photo session with a specific Convention Guest of their choice.
2.8 To get more than one Pyrpass, you have to queue again at the eTicket point.
2.9 The received Pyrpass is not refundable or exchangeable.
2.10 Pyrpass shall be collected for a given autograph/photo session only on the day of the session.
2.11 A minor may enter the Zone with one parent/adult guardian. The parent/guardian of the minor does not have to have a Pyrpass to enter the Zone with the minor, but in this case they cannot receive an autograph or take part in an individual photo with the Convention Guest. If they have a Pyrpass for an autograph/photo, they can queue behind the minor they are accompanying.
2.12 Persons with disabilities can enter with one assistant or one carer. An assistant/carer of a person with a disability does not need to have a Pyrpass to enter the Zone with a person in need of care/support, but in this case they cannot receive an autograph or take part in an individual photo with the guest. If they have a Pyrpass for autograph/photo, they can queue behind the person they are accompanying.
2.13 Osoba z niepełnosprawnością oraz jej asystent/opiekun mają pierwszeństwo do uzyskania autografu/zrobienia zdjęcia z gościem określonych w punkcie 2.12
2.14 One Pyrpass entitles a participant to obtain one autograph/photo from the guest for which it was intended, unless otherwise specified by the Staff.
2.15 After the event ends, an unused Pyrpass expires, and the lack of its use does not give rise to any claims of the Convention Participant against the Staff.
2.16 Pyrpass cannot be transferred between events, even if it means different sessions of one guest (i.e. the second session of autographs/photos on a given day, etc.).
3. TOKEN
3.1 The token does not entitle one to receive an autograph/photo from a given Convention Guest, it is a Pyrpass reservation, and it guarantees getting the Pyrpass.
3.2 The token can be obtained when purchasing a ticket for the Convention. The number of tokens available with the ticket varies depending on the batch from which the ticket was purchased.
3.3 The possibility of booking Pyrpasses for individual days will be closed the day before:
- for program events on Friday, June 19, 2026, registration will be open until 11:59 p.m. Central European Time, on Thursday, June 18, 2026;
- for program events on Saturday, June 20, 2026, registration will be open until 11:59 p.m. Central European Time on Friday, June 19, 2026;
- for program events on Sunday, June 21, 2026, registration will be open until 11:59 p.m. Central European Time on Saturday, June 20, 2026.
3.4 The token with the reservation must be exchanged for a Pyrpass at the Convention grounds at the indicated eTicket point located in front of the entrance to the Pyrpass Zone. The Pyrpass entitles one to receive an autograph/photo from the chosen guest.
3.5 A token with a reservation for a given session can be exchanged for Pyrpass until the start of the autograph/photo session.
3.6 Reserving the Pyrpass provides the opportunity to pick it up, not the priority in the queue to collect the Pyrpass.
3.7 It is not possible to return the token after purchasing a ticket.
3.8 If a Convention Guest autograph/photo session available for booking gets cancelled before the start of the Convention (that is until 11.59 p.m. on June 18, 2026), people who have booked Pyrpasses will receive an e-mail notification of its cancellation and an additional token, so that they have an opportunity to book other available program events.
3.9 If, during the course of Pyrkon, a bookable autograph/photo session is canceled for reasons beyond Organiser’s control, no additional booking for new program events will be launched.
3.10 One token entitles a Participant to book one autograph/photo from the guest for which it was intended, unless otherwise specified by the Staff.
3.11 After the event ends, unused tokens expire.
3.12 The Organiser will not be liable for tokens not used by the Convention Participant.
3.13 The entity operating the token system is eBilet.
4. AUTOGRAPH POINTS
4.1 Access to the Autograph Points in the Zone shall be orderly, in accordance with the instructions of the Staff, on a first come, first serve basis.

4.7 The Staff may at any time ask the participant to show Pyrpass in order to check its validity

The consent of the parent/legal guardian to the photo of the minor with the Guest at the Photo Point is tantamount to a consent to the publication of the image on the Organiser’s social media free of charge and without time or territorial restrictions. The Organiser’s processing of the Participant’s likeness for the purposes described above may only take place for a proportionate and adequate purpose, and may not take place in violation of the participant’s dignity and good name.
5.9 The Participant (or, on behalf of the minor, their parent/legal guardian) has the right to withdraw consent to the publication of the image. To do that, the Participant has to contact the Organiser by e-mail to [email protected]. In the event of consent withdrawal after publication, the photo will be permanently deleted, without the possibility of obtaining it in any other way.
