Rules and Regulations of the Constrained Stimuli Zone

1. These rules and regulations apply to the Constrained Stimuli Zone at the Pyrkon 2025 Fan Convention.

2. The term “Constrained Stimuli Zone” is understood to mean the designated space in the aisle towards the PCC Hall, next to the wall of Hall 8A, on the grounds of the Poznań International Fair.

3. The zone will be marked with posters with the name “Constrained Stimuli Zone” placed on a lime green background.

4. The Constrained Stimuli Zone is open during the following hours:

– Friday, June 13, 2025: 12:00 noon – 10:00 p.m

– Saturday, June 14, 2025: 10:00 a.m – 10:00 p.m

– Sunday, June 15, 2025: 10:00 a.m – 04:00 p.m

5. The zone is designed for Participants who need to clear their heads and need a break from excessive stimuli.

6. The area earmarked for the Zone does not provide complete soundproofing or shut off sunlight completely, it only ensures constraint when it comes to these stimuli.

7. In the Zone, it is forbidden to perform activities that may generate noise, such as talking on the phone, listening to music, talking loudly and using electronic devices that do not have their sounds turned off.

8. The organizer provides the opportunity to rent a maximum of 10 pieces of soundproofing headphones, which are collected at the entrance to the Zone and must be returned when leaving the Zone. They will be disinfected after each use.

9.  Before leaving the Zone, leave the place in tidy and clean.

10. The number of people staying inside the Zone will be regulated by the Gophers taking care of the Zone, with no more than 25 people at a time.

11. The time for staying in the Zone is unlimited, but must not exceed the opening hours of the Zone.

12.  The Zone is not a place suitable for sleeping.

13. If the maximum number of Participants is in the Zone, more people will be allowed into the Zone after enough people have left so as not to exceed the maximum number of Participants present at a time.

14.  A single violation of the rules will result in the removal of the Participant from the Zone.

15.  Participants using the Zone must strictly adhere to the instructions of the Gophers taking care of the Zone.

16. The Zone may not be used by persons under the influence of alcohol and intoxicants.

17. In case of disputes, the Spokesperson for Accessibility Matters of the Pyrkon Fan Convention will decide. Their decisions are considered final.

18. Matters not covered by these regulations shall be governed by the general rules and regulations of the event, while other matters shall be governed by relevant laws, including the Penal Code and the Civil Code.

19. Disputes through the courts will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the place of registration of the event organizer.
