Rules and regulations of the Star Wars Fan Zone

Rules and regulations of the Star Wars Fan Zone at the 2026 Pyrkon Fan Convention

GENERAL

  1. These rules and regulations apply to the Star Wars Fan Zone at the Pyrkon 2026 Fan Convention.
  2. In matters not covered by these regulations, the Regulations of the 2026 Pyrkon Fan Convention shall apply.
  3. The term “Star Wars Fan Zone” means the designated space in Hall 8A at the Poznań International Fair.
  4. The Star Wars Fan Zone is open:
    • Friday: 1.00 pm – 9.00 pm;
    • Saturday: 9.30 am – 9.00 pm
    • Sunday: 9.30 am – 4.00 pm
  5. There are no additional fees for access to the Star Wars Fan Zone and use of the attractions offered in the Zone.
  6. Persons who do not comply with the rules and regulations may – by decision of the Organizer and persons acting on their behalf (including security personnel and volunteers) – be removed from the area of the Star Wars Fan Zone or Pyrkon Fan Convention. Removal from the Pyrkon grounds due to non-compliance with these rules and regulations does not justify claiming reimbursement of the ticket price or any other costs incurred by the Participant or the Creator in connection with the purchase of a ticket or participation in the Pyrkon Fan Convention.
  7. The Organizer reserves the right to change these Rules and Regulations.

CREATORS

  1. Persons or groups (hereinafter referred to as “Creators”) wishing to present their works, booth or attractions in the Star Wars Fan Zone must agree the concept with the Organizer in advance.
  2. The booth must be prepared in accordance with the agreed concept, and at least half of the persons responsible for the booth should be present during the opening hours of the Zone. Any deviations must be consulted with the Organiser in advance.
  3. The Creator is responsible for the order and presentable appearance of the booth.
  4. The Creator must not interfere with the operation of other booths or events, in particular it is forbidden to generate excessive noise that could disturb other participants.
  5. Persons responsible for the booth and attractions must not be under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances under pain of removing such persons (and in special cases – the whole group) from the Convention area.
  6. The Creators undertake to inform the Organiser about any emergencies during Pyrkon that may affect the operation of the Zone, disrupt the course of the Convention or pose any danger.
  7. The creators undertake to follow the instructions of the hall master, organisers, volunteers and security.
  8. It is not allowed to sell or trade in the booth – the Star Wars Fan Zone is a zone intended for presentation and is created by fans for fans, it is not a commercial area.
  9. Advertising a person’s activity (e.g. artistic, collector’s, fan endeavours) is allowed only if the Creator actually presents their own works or exhibits within the Zone. Self-marketing without presentation is not allowed.
  10. Co-creating the Star Wars Fan Zone is tantamount to accepting these rules and regulations, the rules for processing personal data and agreeing to use the image of the Creator and their booth or attractions for marketing purposes.
  11. Any deviations from the above rules require the prior written or e-mail approval of the Organizer.

PARTICIPANTS

  1. Participation in the Zone – in its attractions, visiting the exhibitions or using the booths – is tantamount to acceptance of these regulations.
  2. People under the influence of alcohol or other psychoactive substances are prohibited from entering the Star Wars Fan Zone.
  3. Running, intense physical games or other sport activities within the Zone are forbidden, unless they are an official program event under the supervision of the Organiser or the Creator.
  4. It is forbidden to sit on the floor or block communication routes.
  5. It is forbidden to eat or drink inside the Zone.
  6. The Participant shall be materially liable for any intentional or accidental damage to the exhibitions, booths, equipment or property of the Creator, Organiser or MTP.
  7. It is forbidden to misappropriate any items, exhibits or decorative elements constituting a part of the booths or exhibitions.
  8. The Participant is allowed to stay in the Zone only during its opening hours.
