Pyrkon Fan Convention announces a mural design contest!
The Pyrkon Fan Convention is about to celebrate its 25th birthday, and a mural design contest will be held to mark the occasion. Anyone can take part, and the rules are simple! The design should refer to Pyrkon, to the values it brings, to the passion, lightness and to the community of Pyrkon-goers around the convention. We want it to showcase our convention as a magical event filled with joy and wonderful people, as an event connected to numerous fantastic characters and places.
At the same time, the design should show Pyrkon as embedded in the space of the Poznań International Fair! You can do it, for example, by weaving in all the familiar elements or characteristic buildings of the PIF (MTP).
What about the prizes?
Of course, there will be a prize for the author of the winning design! You wanna know what it will be? Here’s the answer – you can win the grand prize of PLN 11,000 (including tax!) or receive an honorable mention and get PLN 2,000.
In addition, the winning mural will be painted on the exterior wall of Hall 6 on the side of Bukowska St., opposite the outlet of Zeylanda St. So that everyone can see it!
So, how to apply?
Interested? That’s great! The contest begins on 23/10/2024, and we will be accepting entries until the end of the year, i.e. until 31/12/2024. You can apply by emailing us at [email protected]!
