ANNEX 2 TO REGULATIONS OF THE PYRKON 2026 FAN CONVENTION
RULES AND TIMELINE OF TICKET SALES
These are the rules for ticket sale and distribution for Pyrkon 2026:
1. 3-day tickets are sold in batches:
- bought as Early Birds since 18.06.2025 – while supplies lasted (5000 tickets) – 299 PLN
- 1st Batch (10,000 tickets):
- general entry bought since 26.11.2025 while supplies lasted – 330 PLN
- kids (valid for children ages 6 to 12) bought since 26.11.2025 while supplies lasted – 165 PLN
- 2nd Batch (10,000 tickets):
- general entry bought after the 1st Batch sold out – 360 PLN
- kids (valid for children ages 6 to 12) bought after the 1st Batch sold out – 180 PLN
- 3rd Batch (21,000 tickets):
- general entry bought after the 2nd Batch sold out – 390 PLN
- kids (valid for children ages 6 to 12) bought after the 2nd Batch sold out – 195 PLN
- Special Bundle bought since 26.11.2025 while supplies last (2000 tickets) – 600 PLN
2. one-day tickets are sold for:
- Friday Batch (10,000 tickets):
- general entry for Friday, June 19, 2026 – 190 PLN
- kids (valid for children ages 6 to 12) for Friday, June 19, 2026 – 95 PLN
- Saturday Batch (10,000 tickets):
- general entry for Saturday, June 20, 2026 – 300 PLN
- kids (valid for children ages 6 to 12) for Saturday, June 20, 2026 – 150 PLN
- Sunday Batch (10,000 tickets):
- general entry for Sunday, June 21, 2026 – 150 PLN
- kids (valid for children ages 6 to 12) for Sunday, June 21, 2026 – 75 PLN
3. 3-day and 1-day tickets can be purchased in advance on Pyrkon and eBilet websites. Return policies are stated in the terms of service of respective entities.
4. A ticket purchased in advance is valid for:
- booking seats at program events according to the program events seat booking rules; the number of seats depends on the number of tokens provided with the ticket:
- 3-day Special Bundle ticket: 6 tokens (bundles available while supplies last)
- 3-day general ticket bought in the 1st Batch: 3 tokens
- 3-day general ticket bought in the 2nd Batch: 2 tokens
- 3-day kids ticket (valid for children ages 6 to 12) bought in the 1st Batch: 1 token
- 3-day kids ticket (valid for children ages 6 to 12) bought in the 2nd Batch: 1 token
- receiving a unique item (while supplies last)
- in case of Special Bundle: receiving the contents described in point 7.
5. No tokens are provided with 3-day tickets (both kids and general entry) bought in the 3rd Batch.
6. No tokens are provided with 1-day tickets.
7. Special Bundle contents:
- 3-day ticket
- unique t-shirt
- bag
- collectible badge
- Pyrkon-themed playmat
- 6 tokens for program events registration
- early program events registration (before the general registration opens for other ticket holders).
8. Each ticket purchased in advance must be exchanged for a participant badge. Designated points for badge exchange are at MTP Poznań Expo Eastern Entrance (at Głogowska street) and Western Entrance (at Śniadeckich street). Opening times for both points:
- Thursday, June 18, 2026: from 9:00 to 19:00;
- from 10:00 on Friday, June 19, 2026 continuously to 15:00 on Sunday, June 21, 2026.
9. Special Bundle ticket holders can exchange their tickets and collect their bundle items at the Western Entrance.
10. During Pyrkon, tickets can be purchased at designated ticket office desks at MTP Poznań Expo Northern Entrance (at Bukowska street) at these times:
- Thursday, June 18, 2026: from 9:00 to 19:00;
- from 10:00 on Friday, June 19, 2026 continuously to 15:00 on Sunday, June 21, 2026.
11. Children who have not reached the age of 6 at the start of Pyrkon have free entry.
12. Any complaints regarding the Special Bundle, in particular the goods and services it includes, should be directed exclusively and directly to the Organiser within 14 days of receiving the bundle. The Organiser is solely responsible in this regard.
13. Tickets are not refundable, except for tickets purchased in advance. Those can be refunded for the reasons indicated in the terms and conditions of sales, made available by the entity through which the ticket was purchased.
14. Return of tickets purchased in advance via the Pyrkon website is possible in the event of cancellation of the convention or change of time or place of Pyrkon. The return should be reported within 30 days from the date of publication of the information about cancellation, change of time or place of the convention on the Pyrkon website.
15. Selling the ticket to a minor (a person under 18 years of age on the day of the start of Pyrkon) requires the consent of the parent or legal guardian if the parent or legal guardian does not accompany the minor. The consent form template is available on the Pyrkon website. It is impossible for minors to purchase tickets without the written consent of the parent or guardian.
