APPENDIX NO. 3 TO THE REGULATIONS OF THE PYRKON FAN CONVENTION
Rules for reserving spots for lectures
- The reservation of seats is made via the website www.ebilet.pl and requires the creation of an account on this website.
- A seat reservation for a program event can be made by any person with a ticket purchased in pre-sale, in accordance with point 3 of this appendix. On each ticket with tokens assigned to the ticket there is an individual code, which after entering on the Ebilet webpage provides you with 1 to 6 tokens to distribute.
- The maximum number of bookings per program event per ticket depends on the number of tokens per ticket:
- A 3-day ticket in a special package includes 6 tokens (tickets available until stock lasts)
- A 3-day “early bird” ticket purchased from 18.06.2025 – until stock lasts includes 4 tokens;
- A 3-day ticket purchased in the First Batch includes 3 tokens ;
- A 3-day children’s ticket (for children aged 6 to 12 years old) purchased in the First Batch includes 1 token;
- A 3-day ticket purchased in the Second Batch includes 2 tokens ;
- A 3-day children’s ticket (for children aged 6 to 12 years old) purchased in the Second Batch includes 1 token;
- A 3-day ticket purchased in the the Third Batch does not include any tokens;
- A 3-day children’s ticket (for children aged 6 to 12 years old) purchased in the Third Batch does not include any tokens.
- The code entitling the holder to reserve seats for program events becomes valid 24 hours after the purchase of the ticket.
- One code in the ebilet.pl system has a specific number of tokens assigned to it. One code entitles you to only reserve one seat for the same program event.
- Reservations for program events can be made after the program is published. The exact start date of reservations will be announced on the Pyrkon website in advance.
- Reservations for program events for individual days will be closed the day before:
- for program events on Friday, 19 June 2026 registration will be open until 11:59 p.m CET, on Thursday, 18 June 2026;
- for program events on Saturday, June 20, 2026 Registration will be open until 11:59 p.m CET on Friday, June 19, 2026;
- for program events on Sunday, 21 June 2026 Registration will be open until 11:59 p.m CET on Saturday, 20 June 2026.
- After making the reservation, the participant receives a ticket to the reserved program event. To pick up the reservation it is necessary to have a printed ticket to the program event.
- A once scanned ticket cannot be scanned again.
- People holding a reservation for a program item are admitted to the room 10 minutes (or 15 in special cases) before it begins.
- The reservation of a seat at the program event guarantees entrance to the hall, not the priority of entrance to the hall.
- Unclaimed reservations will be cancelled 6 minutes before the start of the program event.
- The following rooms are included in the reservation:
- Earth Hall
- Great Auditorium
- Large Auditorium
- Small Auditorium
- Science Room
- Comic and Popculture Room
- Literature Room 1
- Literature Room 2
- Manga and Anime Room 1
- Manga and Anime Room 2
- Gaming Room
- RPG Room 1
- RPG Room 2
- Film and TV Series Room 1
- Film and TV Series Room 2
Reservation covers no less than 50% of the seats available in the rooms.
- In exceptional cases, the organizer may increase the number of places to be booked for selected program events.
- If the seat limit is exhausted, the program event will assume the status of “tickets temporarily unavailable”.
- In case of cancellation of a program event available for reservation prior to the Convention, persons who have booked a seat for this program event will receive an email notification of its cancellation and an additional token giving them the possibility to reserve seats for other available program events.
- If during the course of the Pyrkon program, a program event covered by seat reservation is cancelled due to reasons beyond our control, no additional seat reservation for new program events will be activated.
- There is no possibility to cancel a reservation for a program event after they have been made.
- In case of loss or destruction of a ticket to the program event, the participant will be able to obtain a copy of it at the Ebilet point in the Eastern Hall. The cost of issuing a duplicate at Ebilet is PLN 10.
