The organizer of the “Time-Turner” competition

1. General provisions 

  1. The organizer of the “Time-Turner 2025” competition, hereinafter referred to as the “Competition”, is the Klub Fantastyki “Druga Era” Association with its registered office in Poznań, at ul. Kaliska 22a/23 Tax Identification Number (NIP): 972-109-86-95, National Court Register (KRS) no. 0000207209 hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.
  2. The competition aims to select the best concert which took place at the Outdoor Stage of the Pyrkon 2025 Fan Convention in the opinion of the audience and reorganize it during the 2026 edition.
  3. The prize in the competition is that the performer is once again invited to Pyrkon Fan Convention (to the 23rd edition held on 19-21.06.2026 at the PIF (MTP) in Poznań) to give a concert on the Outdoor Stage.
  4. Musical bands that performed as part of the Outdoor Stage at the Pyrkon 2025 Fan Convention are invited to the competition. The invitation was made by e-mail from Aleksandra Nowaczyk – The Outdoor Stages Specialist at Pyrkon Fan Convention
  5. Failure to respond to the e-mail contact by the artist is tantamount to a resignation from participation in the competition. The organizer does not provide for the possibility of joining the competition after the voting has started.
  6. The winners of the previous two editions of the “Time-Turner” competition are not allowed to enter the competition this year, but this does not exclude their presence at the Pyrkon Fan Convention.

2. Voting conditions and the course of the competition:

  1. Voting takes place on 16.09-16.10 via the Google Forms tool (link published in the Organizer’s social media).
  2. The artist who collected the most votes by October 16, 2025, at 11:59:59 PM Warsaw time is the winner. 
  3. Votes cast before and after the voting date, as well as votes cast in a manner other than that specified in point 2.1 of these Rules and Regulations, shall be considered null and void.
  4. The results will be published on the organizer’s social media no later than on 23.10
  5. In the event that the Organizer detects activities such as automated voting or the so-called farming, the Organizer reserves the right to terminate the voting earlier, cancel the voting in its entirety or cancel the votes suspected of the above-mentioned activity.

3. Performance conditions:

  1. The organizer guarantees the artist financial, stage (so-called raider)  and logistical conditions not worse than during the 2025 edition.
  2. The organizer reserves the right to refuse to organize the performance if the conditions presented by the artist differ significantly from those of the 2025 edition, as well as due to other factors such as the artist’s conduct inconsistent with the rules and regulations of the event or Polish law, detrimental to the image and good name of the organizer and due to random factors.
  3. The winner of the competition will perform on the Outdoor Stage on 20.06.2026 in the afternoon or evening (to be determined later, however, between the hours of 5:00-10:00 PM). The winner of the second place may receive an offer to perform on 19.06.2026 if they get more than 1,500 votes. The agreed date may be changed at a later time only with the written consent of the Organizer. If it proves impossible to change the date, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the concert.

4. Other and final provisions:

  1. In the event of great interest in the competition among the recipients, the Organizer reserves the right to invite artists who took 2nd and 3rd places under the conditions set out in point 3 of these regulations, provided that they gather not less than 1,500 votes. In the event of such a situation, the priority in choosing the date will be given to the artist who took a higher place in the vote.
  2. In the event of cancellation of the concert by the winner by March 1, 2026, the Organizer will immediately contact the artists who took 2nd place in order to organize the performance, and in the event of their inability to perform, the artist who took 3rd place.
  3. The artist has the right to withdraw from the competition throughout its duration.
  4. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the event or cancel the Outdoor Stage as part of the event due to factors beyond their control, in particular due to a war, an epidemic situation or for political reasons.
