Joining the guests of the Role-Playing Zone will be a person, whose achievements cover among others working on the “Wasteland” computer games and graphic and editorial work on many role-playing games and card games. Please welcome Liz Danforth!
Since 1978, Liz Danforth has worked as an artist, writer, editor, and game developer on role-playing games, card games, and board games. She has been a writer and scenario designer for computer and video games. Her credits include work for licensed Middle Earth and Star Trek projects, the computer game Wasteland, and artwork in many role-playing games and collectible card games. Liz Danforth was inducted into the Academy of Gaming Arts and Design’s Hall of Fame in 1995.
Liz will appear at Pyrkon thanks to the fact that the Role-Playing Zone is cooperating with the k6 trolli group, who became famous in the RPG community after they published “Tunnels and Trolls” – one of the oldest role-playing games, on the Polish market in 2015. They are also responsible for the appearance of the historically first SF RPG Game, “Metamorphosis Alpha” on the Polish market. Thanks to that, the Polish fans were able to see what role-playing games looked like shortly after they were created.
