Tokens and program events reservations

Tokens are automatically assigned to the ticket. To use them, you will need to provide the code printed beneath the barcode on the ticket.

Program events tokens allow you to reserve seats during chosen lectures. They ensure you will have a seat during an event you particularly wish to see. You may book the number of seats equal to your number of tokens, e.g., two tokens equal a single seat during two lectures.

The reservations for program events will open soon before the Convention at a dedicated website.

No.

No.

In addition to the barcode on your ticket, you will also find a 16-digit code that entitles you to reserve seats. Registration is done via eBilet.pl.
Just choose the right lecture and add it to the basket. Then you enter the code and finish “shopping.”

You will find tickets for the program events of your choice in your email. Remember to bring them with you (in paper or electronic form) and show them before entering the lecture!

Attention! Once made, a reservation can no longer be undone!

The number of the codes for lectures depends on the type of ticket purchased. For now, it’s 3 tokens for normal 3-day pass and 6 tokens for special packages.

The event program will be available closer to the date. You can find it HERE.

Token registration dates for the program will be announced later.

Yes. A number of seats in each room will be also available for the participants, who purchase the Pyrkon ticket at the gate.

Those of you who made a seat reservation are let into the room 15 minutes before a given program event starts. 10 minutes before the start of a lecture we will start to let in participants without a reservations made. Those of you who made a reservation for a given program event, but failed to show up by this point in time, lose priority in entering the room. Our advice is to join the queue 15-20 minutes prior to the program event starting.

Attention: A different time interval applies for letting the participants into the Earth Hall. Those of you with seats booked for program events held in the Earth Hall are let into the room 30 minutes before the lecture.

Autograph and Photo Zone

The Autograph and Photo Zone is a specially designated space where meetings with Pyrkon’s invited Guests – both autograph and photo op sessions – take place. It can only be accessed by people who have a Pyrpass for a given photo op or autograph signing session.

The zone is open from 2:00 pm -9:00 pm on Friday, 10:00 am – 9:00 pm on Saturday and 10:00 am – 4:00 pm on Sunday.

The times for individual autograph sessions and photo ops will be published in the program on the event’s website.

No. Autograph signings and photo ops have always been and still are included in the price of the admission ticket to Pyrkon. As Pyrkon, we purchase a fixed number of autographs and photos from our invited Guests and make them available to you at no additional charge on the spot. For the same reason, Pyrpasses are not sold separately and are only a way of getting autographs and photos as part of an admission ticket. We also do not sell Pyrpasses as separate products and event attendees are not allowed to sell or exchange them.

A Pyrpass is a form of a pass allowing you to access the Autograph and Photo Zone. It’s a physical confirmation of participation in an autograph signing or a photo op session. It entitles you to enter the Zone, queue for a specific Guest and finally receive one autograph or one photo during the selected session. A Pyrpass entitles you to enter the Zone up to one hour before the start of the session. After obtaining an autograph/photo, the participant is obliged to leave the Zone immediately.

You can pick up a Pyrpass in the eBilet booth near the entrance to the Autograph and Photo Zone on the day a given session takes place right up until it starts. The Pyrpass pickup spot is open from 12:00 noon – 9:00 pm on Friday, from 8 am – 9:00 pm on Saturday and from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on Sunday. Anyone can get in line to pick up a Pyrpass, you do not need to have a token reservation to do this. The number of available Pyrpasses is limited and they are issued until the pool is exhausted.

Yes – using a token. 50% of Pyrpasses for each session is covered by token reservation.
If you have a token for a given autograph or photo session, you need to exchange it for a physical Pyrpass at the eBilet booth. You can do this at any time until the session starts, as the token provides a Pyrpass pickup guarantee. The remaining 50% of Pyrpasses is available to people without a token on a first come first served basis. A Pyrpass reservation guarantees that a Pyrpass will be waiting for you, it does not give you priority in the queue to pick up the Pyrpass.

Tokens are used to book spots for selected attractions. Thanks to them, you can be sure that you will get to participate in a specific program event.

You can book as many seats as you have tokens, e.g. 2 tokens means to spots at lectures or two Pyrpasses. Tokens can only be used to book spots at lectures, concerts held in the Earth Hall, as well as autograph and photo op sessions.

In the case of autograph and photo op sessions, the Pyrpass system is additionally in force. The token itself does not yet entitle you to receive an autograph or a photo – it only reserves a Pyrpass for you. Only a Pyrpass guarantees participation in a meeting with a selected Guest and receiving an autograph or photo.

To be able to enter the Autograph and Photo Zone, the reserved token must be presented at the designated eBilet booth and exchanged for a Pyrpass. An unused token does not entitle you to enter the Autograph Zone.

The possibility of booking a Pyrpass for a given day will close the day before at 11:59 pm Central European Time.

  • To book a Pyrpass for the Friday session, you must make a reservation no later than 11:59 pm on Thursday.
  • To book a Pyrpass for the Saturday session, you must make a reservation no later than Friday by 11:59 pm.
  • To book a Pyrpass for the Sunday session, you must make a reservation no later than Saturday by 11:59 pm.

The token reservation must be presented at the indicated eBilet booth located near the entrance to the Autograph and Photo Zone on the day on which the session takes place. Upon presentation of the reservation, the participant will receive a Pyrpass. The Pyrpass pickup spot is open from 12:00 noon – 9:00 pm on Friday, from 8 am – 9:00 pm on Saturday and from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on Sunday. Pyrpasses as well as token reservations for a given session can be picked up until the start of the session.

All of them 😉 However, one person can pick up only one Pyrpass for one autograph or photo session at the e-Bilet booth at a time. To pick up another Pyrpass, you need to queue again (as long as the available pool has not been exhausted).

No, Pyrpassess can only be picked up on the day the autograph session/photo op session takes place. For example, you will only be able to pick up the Pyrpass for the Friday session on Friday, if you want to get access to a Saturday session you have to come to the Pyrpass collection point again on Saturday. This also applies to token reservations to be exchanged for Pyrpasses.

Yes, token reservations – unlike Pyrpass not reserved with a token – can be picked up up to 3 at a time, provided they are for same-day sessions.

For example, if you have two token reservations for Friday sessions, you can come to the eBilet booth once and exchange both tokens for Pyrpasses. However, if you have two token reservations for different days (e.g., one for Friday and one for Saturday), you’ll need to pick them up separately on Friday and Saturday.

Sorry, you have to get in the queue to pick up a new one. You can also try to look in the Lost and Found Office, maybe someone found it and brought it there.

An unused Pyrpass expires at the end of a given autograph or photo session and is non-refundable or non-compensatory. For Guests who have more than one autograph or photo session, a Pyrpass for the morning session cannot be used during the evening session and vice versa. A Pyrpass for a photo op with a given Guest cannot be used for an autograph session and vice versa.

No. The entrance to the Zone is a “one-way ticket”, there is no possibility to enter again after leaving. If you leave an item in the Zone, report it to the staff – a gopher, the Peace Patrol or the organizer. Describe your item and where you left it, the staff will try to return it. If they are unable to do so, they will grant you a one-time entry to locate the lost item under the care of the staff. All found items will be returned to the Lost and Found Office after the zone’s operating hours.

Yes, it is advisable. Each participant of the autograph session with the actors will receive one printed photo in A5 format, on which the actor will be able to sign. In the case of literary and comic book guests, voice actors, influencers and others, it is advisable to bring a book or comic book by a given author, a fanart, a poster or just a piece of paper. • Each participant will have one photo taken.
  • Group photos are allowed, but each person taking part in the photo must have their own individual Pyrpass.

  • Interactions with Guests should be polite. We kindly ask you not to engage in long conversations with guests during the photoshoot, so as not to stop the queue.

Yes. A minor may enter the Zone, but in the case of persons under 13 years of age, they must enter with one adult guardian. Minors over 13 years of age can come alone, but are required to have the documented consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate in Pyrkon throughout the event. The guardian of the minor does not have to have a Pyrpass to enter the Autograph and Photo Zone with the minor, but in this case they cannot receive a signature or take part in an individual photo with the guest. If they have a Pyrpass for an autograph/photo, they can queue behind the minor.

Yes, a person with a disability can enter with one assistant or one carer. An assistant/carer of a person with a disability does not need to have a Pyrpass to enter the hall with a person in need of care/support, but in this case they cannot receive a signature or take part in an individual photo with a guest. If they have a Pyrpass for autograph/photo, they can queue behind the person they accompany.

No. There is a total ban on taking photos and videos with your own electronic equipment (camera, camcorder, phone, etc.) throughout the Autograph and Photo Zone. Persons who do not comply with the prohibition will be removed from the area of the zone.
