It has been known for a long time that Pyrkon is the result of the combined powers of all of us – tireless organizers, fantastic guests, a whole host of hard-working volunteers and… phenomenal program creators. It is thanks to you, dear speakers, that Pyrkon is such a unique place year after year. Therefore, there’s no sense in waiting, right? Submit your program events now!
Faint heart never won fair lady!
If in the course of your wanderings through the various worlds you have acquired the Secret Wisdom (™) and you have, indeed, heard the wolf cry to the blue corn moon and know where a hedgehog is pattering through the night (maybe there’s still someone who does not know that he’s trying to get to Pavetta). If your in-depth studies have led you to gain a PhD in the influence of Tibetan culture on superhero movies and TV series, or you have found a mysterious common point between molecular cuisine and science fiction literature, then… that’s a sure sign that you need to submit your program event and share this knowledge with us!
But don’t you forget that even the most daring daredevils should read the rules and regulations, as this document can answer many questions for them. This time we won’t tell you to gather your party before venturing forth (although you can, because it’s always better to have company!), but rather to get acquainted with two sets of rules and regulations and a set of frequently asked questions.

And now it’s time for the highlight of this post!
Here’s the link many of you have been waiting for – the program event submission form! You can submit your suggestions for program events until 30.03.2025, 23:59:59. As the clock strikes midnight and a page on the calendar drops, the opportunity to become an attraction creator at the upcoming Pyrkon will also be gone. Did it sound serious? All this to make sure you don’t miss this opportunity!
Note that you should not use the Program Event Submission Form to submit program events for the Reenactment Camp Zone and the Fan Initiatives Gord – we will prepare separate application forms for these phenomenal attractions. It is there – within their booths and if they are willing – that the program’s creators will perhaps conduct some mini-LARPs.
We eagerly await your submissions, as we are extremely curious to hear from you during Pyrkon 2025. You can already be sure that without you, our Fantastic Meeting Spot would not be as fantastic and unique!
