Roleplay, or how to sign up for RPG sessions, LARPs or workshops in the Role-Play Zone

Roleplay? What is it?

Roleplay is an app, developed so that you can sign up for RPG sessions, LARPs and workshops happening in the Role-Play Zone, no matter where you are or what you are doing. You can also find information about RPG sessions you have to sign up for there.

Thanks to this app, you can not only sign up for the official sessions, LARPs and workshops, but also declare the sessions you want to run. And you can start doing it today!

Signing up for a session: how, where and when to do it?

Want to participate in sessions, workshops or LARPs? Be sure to sign up. Don’t know how to do it, where and when? Easiest thing in the world.

How and where? You can do it via the Roleplay app, which you can find at roleplay.pyrkon.com. To use it, you need to create an account.  

If you’re not a fan of applications, you can sign up for sessions, workshops and LARPs during Pyrkon at every PIK and in hall 7 at the Game Masters and Gamers’ Service Spot  (Punkt Obsługi Mistrzów oraz Graczy Erpegie).

When? You need to pay attention to when the program event you are interested in is being held in the Role-Play Zone, because the deadline for signing up depends on it. Namely:

• The official sessions and LARPs that are held from Friday  until 8:59 AM on Saturday – the deadline for signing up is Friday at 12:00;
• The official sessions, workshops and LARPs that are held from 9:00 o’clock on Saturday until 8:59 on Sunday – you can start signing up for those on Friday at 8:00 PM;
• The official sessions, workshops and LARPs that are held from 9:00 on Sunday until the end of Pyrkon – you can start signing up for those at  8:00 PM on Saturday;

Thanks to the Roleplay app, the participants can also declare their own sessions and workshops they would be happy to run. These are bottom-up attractions, therefore they will not be included in Pyrkon’s official program, but you will be able to find them in the app. There will be a possibility to sign up for those

• From 12:00 on Friday, with the reservation that if a large number of attractions declared in this manner, we may limit the time within which signing up will be possible to 12 hours before the session or workshop;
