The Lord of the Rings photographed anew, this time in a Lego version – Patryk Bejnarowicz to visit Pyrkon
How to use Lego to create photographs full of dynamism? What might the combination of passion for the films of The Lord of the Ring trilogy and the legendary building blocks manifest itself in? What does the process of creating your own unique minifigures look like? Find out in an interview with Lego Fans Zone invited guest Patrick Bejnarowicz.
Meet Patrick “lord.of.the.bricks” Bejnarowicz
Patryk Bejnarowicz, known online as lord.of.the.bricks is a Lego photographer and creator of custom minifigures. In his works, he recreates scenes mainly from The Lord of the Rings series, of which he is a big fan. Using the camera on his phone, he brings the figurines to life by placing them at the center of battles or key moments in Tolkien’s works. At Pyrkon, in addition to the Lego photographs you can see on his Instagram profile, he will also show minifigures he created depicting the characters of Middle-earth (including those known only from the books), as well as Lego dioramas alluding to the most important scenes of the trilogy like the Battle of Helm’s Deep or the duel at the Weathertop and many others.
