RPGaming Regulations
REGULATIONS of the RPGaming Zone
- These RPGaming Zone Regulations govern the operation of this zone at the Pyrkon 2024 Fan Convention. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the Regulations of the 2024 Pyrkon Fan Convention shall apply. The definitions used below are consistent with those explained in the main regulations.
- The RPGaming Zone is a space in hall no. 8 dedicated to playing role-playing games.
- The RPGaming Zone is available to participants 24 hours a day from 12 pm on Friday, June 14, 2024, until 5 pm on Sunday, June 16, 2024.
- Those wishing to occupy a table in the RPGaming Zone should first report to the GM and RPG Players Service Point (POMoGE), where they will be assigned a seat. The point will be open from 2 pm on Friday. At earlier hours, please occupy tables outside the area marked in green.
- Persons occupying tables in the RPGaming Zone without the permission of the Organizers, not taking part in the ongoing game, may be asked to give up their seats to interested players.
- To submit a session, use the application available at roleplay.pyrkon.pl. In case of a shortage of seats, priority in occupying vacant tables will be given to pre-submitted sessions.
- Music is prohibited in the RPGaming area
- It is forbidden to rearrange tables and chairs without an express permission of the Organizers.
- Food and drink are prohibited in the RPGaming Zone, except for those participating in the Games.
- Sleeping is prohibited in the RPGaming area. Those who do not comply will be woken up and asked to leave the Zone immediately, regardless of the time.
- When organized attractions are held at the RPGaming Zone, the area available to participants for free play may be restricted or closed.
