Rules for registering for workshops at the Pyrkon Fan Convention 2025

1. These rules and regulations were created to define the rules of signing up for workshops at the Pyrkon Fan Convention.
2. Registration applies to selected workshops, marked in the program with the tag “enroll” (to be selected on the left side of the list available at https://pyrkon.pl/program-pyrkonu/).
3. Registration is made through google forms, links to which are provided on a dedicated subpage of www.pyrkon.pl, which will be posted on Facebook and Instagram platforms and on the Workshop Zone subpage. Registration made by other means will not be considered.
4. Applications will be accepted until the date and time specified on the subpage or until places are available until seats available means untiil filling 100% of seats on the primary list and 100% of seats on the reserve list. The number of places on the reserve list and the primary list is the same).
5. First come first served basis applies.
6. A single form is an application from one person. The Organizer does not provide for the possibility of registering more than one person through a single application.
7. In the case of duplicate applications from one person with the same data, it will be considered only once.
8. The form collects email addresses and filling it out requires logging in with an email address (in standard google forms mode).
9. The Organizers will inform participants of their inclusion in the qualified list or reserve list by the date indicated on the subpage. Information will be provided by email, to the address indicated in the application form.
10. The speaker will receive application lists in printed form no less than 10 minutes before the start of the workshop.
11. In order to successfully use your email-confirmed seat at the workshop, you must appear at the venue no later than 10 minutes before the start of the workshop.
12. The speaker has the right to check the attendance list 10 minutes or less before the workshop begins.
13. In the event that 10 minutes before the start of the workshop not all qualified persons from the list have appeared, the speaker has the right to accept people from the reserve list in a number not exceeding the declared capacity of the workshop.
14. In the event that 5 minutes before the start of the workshop, after checking the attendance of the primary and reserve list, there are still vacant seats, the speaker has the right to accept other people waiting in front of the room, not exceeding the declared capacity of the workshop in the registration.
15. Once the workshop has started, it is not possible to join.
16. The Organizer is not responsible for cancellation of the workshop, tardiness of the speakers or other independent factors.
17. During the execution of workshops and participation in workshops, everyone is bound by the general rules and regulations of the event available at dedicated subpage .
18. In matters of dispute, the zone organizer or another equivalent Organizer shall decide. The decision of the Organizer is considered final.
