Rules and regulations of the Artists and Collectors’ Alley at the Pyrkon 2025 Fan Convention
- These Rules and regulations apply to the Artists and Collectors’ Alley at the Pyrkon 2025 Fan Convention.
- “Artists and Collectors Alley” means the designated space on the mezzanine floor of Hall 5, on the grounds of the Poznań International Fair.
- The Artists and Collectors’ Alley is open during the same hours as Hall 5.
- All attractions in the Artists and Collectors’ Alley are free for participants unless otherwise noted.
- All visitors to the Artists and Collectors’ Alley undertake to maintain order and cultural behavior, acting in accordance with generally accepted social norms.
- All visitors are required to obey the instructions of the staff, in particular the instructions to leave the Artists and Collectors’ Alley.
- The organizer reserves the right to limit access or close the Alley in case the number of visitors threatens the safety of participants or works, and in other cases, especially for technical reasons and ones beyond the control of the organizer.
- It is forbidden to conduct sales within the area of the Artists and Collectors’ Alley without prior arrangement with the organizer. If unauthorized sales being conducted is found, a fee and a penalty will be charged, in accordance with the price list for the Pyrkon 2024 Fan Convention Vendors.
- It is permitted to advertise one’s own artistic activity, as long as one is an artist or institution displaying works within the Artists and Collectors’ Alley.
- It is strictly forbidden to touch, rearrange or in any other way physically disturb the exhibition and the individual works in it without permission from the organizer or the owner of the collection/work.
- It is forbidden to sit on the floor and block the passageways designated by the organizer.
- It is forbidden to consume food and drinks throughout the Artists and Collectors’ Alley.
- The organizer allows any and all photography and filming of works, but the use of flash and artificial steady light is prohibited.
- In contentious situations, the organizer of the Artists and Collectors’ Alley will decide. Their decisions are considered final.
- Matters not covered by these regulations shall be governed by the general rules and regulations of the event and the rules and regulations for the Vendors, while other matters shall be governed by relevant laws, including the Penal Code and the Civil Code.
- Disputes through the courts will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the place of registration of the event organizer.
