Become a Vendor!

 

The application form along with the price list for Pyrkon 2025 will be available on the website in the first half of December 2024.

 

In the form, you need to fill in your data and demand for a booth. At the same time, we would like to inform you that submission of an application is not equivalent to receiving a booth.

Applications schedule

Applications are accepted in three rounds, according to the schedule below:

11-31.12.2023 – 1st round of applications

01 – 21.01.2024 – processing of applications; informing vendors of reservations made, a spot on the reserve list or refusal.

After booking, you will be contacted by the vendor’s supervisor, who will take care of establishing further terms of cooperation. The applications of vendors who make it to the reserve list will be automatically transferred to the second round of applications. The organizer reserves the right to consider selected applications in advance.

01 – 21.01.2024 – 2nd round of applications

22.01 – 11.02.2024 – processing of applications; informing exhibitors of reservations made, a spot on the reserve list or refusal.

The applications of vendors who make it to the reserve list will be automatically transferred to the third round of applications.

22.01 – 11.02.2024 – 3rd round of applications

12.02 – 03.03.2024  – processing of applications; informing exhibitors of reservations made, a spot on the reserve list or refusal to the Vendor.

Vendors who apply after the pool of available spaces has been exhausted will be placed on a reserve list with the possibility of getting a reservation if aother vendor cancels.

Space reservations

Depending on the type of booth selected, we provide two ways to reserve spaces:

1) for standard type booths: the application file attached to the form includes a map of the hall with designated sectors. From the boxes below the map, select three sectors according to your preference and indicate the type (in line, corner, etc.) Based on this, the Vendors’ Director allocates you a space. You will receive information about your reserved space from your vendor supervisor within three weeks of the closing of the round.

2) for mini stands: the Organizer will contact you after you send your application.

The space reservation agreed with the Organizer is valid for 30 days, if the agreement between the Vendor and Pyrkon is not signed within this period, the reservation expires. The order of application does not matter when making a reservation.

Vendor’s Supervisor

On the date indicated in the schedule, you will be contacted by the Organizer(s) who will become your supervisor – it is with him/her that you should agree on all the details regarding the size and location of your booth, its price and all the additional ideas with which you would like to enrich your booth and our Convention. The Supervisor can also be contacted with any questions regarding paperwork or participation in Pyrkon.

Entry passes and arrival at Pyrkon

Before the Convention, we send you entrance passes by mail, so vendors do not have to stand in lines at the ticket offices. When we receive confirmation of receipt, the passes are marked in our system as received and paid for. Based on them you will be able to enter the Convention Grounds, so please bring them with you. It is possible to enter the Convention grounds by car – a detailed description of the operation of the entrance passes by car will be available on the website. Before the Convention, you will receive from us an indispensable booklet with all the most important information – the opening hours of the hall, maps and the contact number for the Exhibition Office.
